«The Reception has people who are not happy about their job and they let you know it. And of course the attention and service was poor.
In addition, the hotel has BUGS!!!! I reported it and immediately housekeeping came to “vacuum clean “ they changed linen but the problem persisted. »

«Our room at Pug Seal Polanco Allan Poe was clean and well-maintained. It was lovely to have a balcony. The staff was helpful and prompt. The common areas of the hotel were beautiful and well-maintained. The breakfast was generous--wonderful to have both light buffet-type options and to be able to order off the menu. I would definitely return to this hotel, or use one of the other Pug Seal locations, and I will be recommending it to others.»
