During the spring enjoy walking and biking on the Allegheny Highlands Trails, 31 miles of trails that stretch from Elkins to Thomas, located just seconds away. Upon request you can rent a bicycle or e-bike to help you maximize your time on the trail, while enjoying the areas beautiful landscape along the ride. You can also enjoy the lush greenery during the spring located in Dolly Sods. Spring is also a great time for white water rafting at the local Blackwater Rafting Adventures, with trips of all different skill levels. During the summer cool off by kayaking or swimming in one the local rivers located in the area. You can rent kayaks upon request, as well as a drop off and pick up along the river.
