Everything about this place from day 1 to Day 4 was horrible! We drove into the parking garage to go park and there were mattresses all over the parking garages FLOOR. we thought they were dirty mattresses they were getting rid of but when we approached the rude individual at the front desk he rudely met us with a sarcastic tone acting so dumb and oblivious even saying the mattresses are there because they’re being replaced by the ones that are in the rooms that everybody is currently staying at, we questioned him and he quickly changed what he said with his face turning very red. Once we got our room key to our room we waited 5 minutes for the elevator to open, one of them didn’t work. Once we entered the elevator was cold and there was no HEAT in the elevator or in the hallways leading to the rooms. We opened the door to the room being dirty with stains all over the floors and mattresses, toilet messed up, flushing doesn’t work and the shower water is VERY weak. Next day after that we were woken up by the fire alarm at 9:30 in the morning and we panicked running down to the lobby, maybe a total of 3 people were down there so you would think everybody would take this hotel serious, NOPE. Seems like they’re used to staying here and being woken up by the fire alarm. We asked the guy at the front desk what’s he going on, he told us to go back to our room and it’s not a real fire rather than having the place evacuated for protocol. We go back to our room and the firefighters did
