Beautiful Beach Front Home

House is clean, well-maintained, fully equipped, and right on the beach. Esterillos Oeste is a nice beach village with several restaurants and a nice grocery store. We don’t surf but the local surf break appears to be right out front and the tide pools are a short walk. The outdoor shower was great to rinse off with after a day at the beach and the pool was perfect for our boys to play in. The host was extremely responsive with all of our questions. We had an amazing time with our 4 boys and really couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I am not sure I can say enough good things about the property? The listing is very accurate. It is a gorgeous home located in a very nice, quiet location. The beach is steps away and the scenery is beautiful. Of all of the places I have stayed and visited, this one is at the top of the list. There are food options within walking distance, markets very close by and more activities than you can do!With all of the above stated, the service the team provided was the best I have ever received! They assisted me in planning every aspect of the trip. Not only did they provide a list of suggestions, they also helped get reservations and iron out details. I have never had service at this level and for this reason, will return to CR and stay with them again.

Paradise

Flocks of parrots, beach walk with monkeys and a coatis, — family friendly beach with fun waves to jump in that turns into a a fantastic surf extravaganza with the tide. Restaurants steps away, local grocer that carries nice veg selection and even tofu! Kitchen fully stocked - fun dipping pool to cool off or cannon ball over and over. The rustic charm of this place cannot be overstated. Make sure to get your colones on the way. The nearest exchange is at least 25 min drive. Some venders only take cash

Great beach house!

We really enjoyed our stay at the beach house. The location was excellent and couldn’t be any closer to the beach. The house is also close to Jaco and other towns with many restaurants nearby. We enjoyed seeing and hearing the parrots fly by in the mornings!

Perfect Spot by the Beach and Local Sodas

The house was perfect and was very welcoming and had all the necessities needed. The rooms are located on the second floor with a balcony which allowed you to see the sunrise and sunset as well as watch the local fishermen coming in and count with their catches for sale. The dark sand and warm water was welcoming with a lot of wildlife to see and enjoy. The people are very friendly and patient with tourists and all the food was amazing. Perfect location close enough to still enjoy Manuel Antonio and Quepos as well, we definitely will be back!

Stately, yellow house by the beach

We enjoyed our stay in the stately yellow house by the beach. We appreciated the big water container made ready for our use upon arrival. We were impressed with all the built-ins and the sturdiness of the house. The ACs were efficient and each person could set their optimum temperatures in their bedroom. The beach and the water were wonderful. We highly recommend.

Costa Rica beach front house

Took 3.50 hours from San Jose airport to arrive at home due to traffic. Best part is house being right on the beach. However, the area is not very nice and there is a public campground sight right beside house which is very loud and noisy all night long. House is on public beach access where cars pull up in front of home facing the ocean. House was not clean at all - floors were dirty and our feet would be dirty again after taking showers. Ceilings fans, Walls, light switch plates, door knobs were dirty and thankfully I had plenty of Clorox wipes to wipe door knobs and switch plates. Ants crawling all over the pool deck, flys and mosquitoes in the house all the time due to no weather stripping around the doors. Shower heads all need to replaced as they only spray on jet stream. Very dark at night in the house, limited outlets for use and WiFi internet was only accessible in downstairs area. One TV located in den. All bedrooms need accessible Wi-Fi connection. One hairdryer for house. House needs a good cleaning and some maintenance. House keys were left for us due to arrival time. No one from management company bothered to follow up w me on Sunday or anytime we were there. All communication for any needs for house was done by me. Had to ask for toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, water and if there was housekeeping service at all. Disappointed in condition of home as it can be very nice w a little bit of maintenance.

The house was fantastic! Lots of space and each bedroom having its own bathroom was a plus! The beach location can't be beat. Nice walk to town to get groceries, rent surf boards and eat at great restaurants! Hope to be back for sure!

The perfect spot.

I’ve stayed at the Casa Amarilla 3 different times now. One with couples. Another with my wife and kids for two full weeks and then this past week bringing my brothers and dad down for a surf trip. It’s always been perfect for us for every kind of adventure. We will be back soon! Be sure to visit my good friend Jorge at Aloha surf just around the corner! For dinner go to Don Toro and hopefully you score a good swell.

Wonderful Time!

We loved our time at this beautiful beachfront home. The pool was perfect after walking and playing on the beach. We loved having Jorge, the lifeguard and surf instructor, there right in front of our house. Communication with Keylor was super helpful. We felt very happy, taken care of, and comfortable . Best Vaca Ever

We absolutely loved the location of this home on the beach. Keylor was especially helpful with all of our needs and excursions. Not far from waterfalls, monkey mangrove tour, and catamaran tour. We are wanting to go back during Xmas break. Definitely 5 stars for us!

House is perfectly located on a clean family friendly beach with fun waves out back. The house is clean and roomy with a clean and functional back yard including a pool. The pool is nice to cool down in after coming back from beach and or a surf. We were able to grill out on the new terrace on the side of the home which was perfect for a evening at the house. The three large bedrooms with each one having its own bathroom upstiars is optimal for families and or friends to stay in comfort and privacy. Overall the home is perfect for your costa rica vacation being clean, comfrotable, centrally located with nice restaraunts near by and a an amazing beach. I recommended it 10/10.

Perfect Getaway

This property was perfect. The size, location, and outdoor space was great. In addition, we were provided ice and bottled water. The kitchen was fully stocked, the water pressure was excellent, and the A/C worked great. We were able to see a variety of birds, frogs, and lizards. The local restaurants were delicious and shopping was within walking distance. The only things we would change are based on personal preference. The beds were quite firm, the TV was small and was hard to hear over the A/C, and there were no beach accessories. None of this would prevent us from staying again. We absolutely loved this place!

Beautiful beach front home. Short walk to restaurants and the local grocery store. Perfect place to explore the area between Jaco and Manuel Antonio. One of the best beaches we saw in the area. Would definitely come again!
