separate entrances. On the lower floor, 1 double bedroom with A/C and
an ensuite bathroom with shower.
On the upper floor, a kitchenette and 1 double bedroom with A/C and
bathroom.

dining area, comfortable sofas, DVD Player, Satellite TV and Free

The kitchen features a toaster, coffee maker, washing machine,

a barbecue outside.

The house heating is set at 40 Euros per day, paid directly to the
owner on arrival.
The tax amount is set at 2 Euros per person for the whole stay after
the second night. Children under 14 years old are exempt from this tax.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EUR per person is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or prior to arrival.
Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
