Hoteller nær Parque Jaime Duque

«Problems at checkin because their system didn’t reflect the reservation. Expedia stepped in and the issue was solved. The hotel condition is excellent, the only downside is the noise from the highway, the window isolation is not the best»

«Good location in the center of town.Close to the salt catedral, bus station and market. Room was clean, comfortable bed. But not soundproof between rooms, but this was not a big problem. Breakfast was really good with a good selection. Staff was helpful and friendly, but English was not spoken. Overall recommended and I would stay here again. »

«Excellent breakfast buffet. Comfortable beds. The only thing i would say is that the smell of the hotel was super strong. It smell clean but i am very sensitive and it gave me a litrle bit of headache when i was walking in the lobby or the elevator»

«Excellent place to stay when visiting this part of Bogota. Super comfortable beds. Beautiful bathroom and location. The sauna was not working.»

«Es un hotel que si se presenta algún inconveniente están dispuestos a apoyarte de manera inmediata y con actitud de servicio. En la recepción en el horario de tarde, Camilo, siempre presentó una gran amabilidad y disponibilidad.»

«Never return money, bad customer service»

«Overall, great value for the money. The unit could definitely use a deep cleaning from wear (roof and mold) and better directions aligned with restaurant location. The breakfast was absolutely incredible and blown away by the view.»

«Clean, cozy cabins with stunning mountain views—quiet, private, and perfect for a quick escape from Bogotá. Everything worked flawlessly (hot water, comfortable bed), and check-in was smooth with responsive, helpful staff. The setting is peaceful, well-maintained, and feels like a true nature retreat. Great value and exactly what you want for a relaxing getaway. Would definitely come back.»

«Staff helpful and friendly»
