It’s on the 5th floor of an apartment building with an elevator that stops on the 4th floor, ensuring privacy and tranquility. It’s very quiet, warm, and welcoming. You’ll feel right at home!
The apartment has been recently renovated, with complete upgrades to all rooms and systems, carried out with style and attention to detail. The kitchen is fully equipped and functional, with everything you need. The living room has a sofa and a smart TV with a Netflix account.
It features air conditioning, Wi-Fi, independent heating, a washing machine, an iron, a clothesline, and a bathroom with a shower equipped with soaps, body lotions, towels, and a hair dryer. There are two double bedrooms with closets and desks.
The apartment is located very close to the train station, at the entrance to the restricted traffic zone (ZTL). You can use our convenient paid parking lot (price: FRATTI DUC) 10 euros per day). You can also park in the adjacent outdoor parking lots (free blue-line parking only after 7:00 PM and on holidays) or on Via Mentana, Fratti, Muggia, and Trento. You can rent bicycles and scooters to explore the city.
