The accommodation was very nice. Comfortable and tasteful. The breakfast was delicious. The area was ok but not an area to do things in. It was located close enough to Parma central. Itwas easy to walk to.

The ventilation system is very loud even when you’re not having a shower it might last for over an hour which is pretty noisy in the night when you need light on the toilet. So it is not related to humidity.

Property itself was good, confirtable, and well decorated. Missing some lighting in the entrance (very dark at night when arriving). Recommended adding some table at the bathroom. Access to the property parking and entrance was not clearly labeled making it difficult. No communication with any person until checkout.. Everything was done via a code sent.

Quick trip to Parma
Excellent hotel. Excellent rooms and service. It is very close to the train station. It’s a quick 10 minute walk to central Parma. The first 5 minutes of the walk are through a kind of sketchy area. So just knkw that when you book. We had no problems when we walked it several times a

Modern and spacious, our loft unit was more than enough space. The updated features in the unit were great. While Parma is small, the location was just enough outside the city center to make walking back at night just a little bit stressful even though Parma is relatively safe. It was only 1-2 minute walk to the train station so that was a plus. There was a little confusion on my check in process and where exactly the unit was, but we were able to call them and figure it out right away. Coordinating and communicating with the hotel was easy and they were very responsive to my questions. If they were 2-3 blocks closer to the city center, I would stay here again as everything else made for a great stay.

Loved this hotel! It was close to the train station. We were welcomed to our room early which gracious due to our train getting in ahead of check in time. The room was comfortable, stylish, and clean. We loved the modern vibe. The breakfast in the morning was plentiful and delicious. We will definitely be returning here!

The property is Conveniently located and stylishly decorated. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful with a nice variety. Parking is secured at night. Highly recommend!

The apartment was large and modern. All sights are within walking distance. The hostess was very nice. The breakfast was very diverse, something for everyone.

Riservo per questa struttura le migliori parole e il più alto giudizio. Non ho trovato una struttura di lusso e non la cercavo. Ma ho trovato pulizia, confort, qualsiasi attenzione dentro e fuori la stanza, mobili nuovi, bel design, ottima colazione e gentilissimo servizio. Rapporto qualità prezzo. Ci tornerò presto. È vicinissimo alla stazione e ci sono posti auto disponibili fuori al cortile privati.

Location Top a Parma
Viaggio spesso per lavoro e ho trovato gli appartamenti Piumaviola decisamente al di sopra della media: arredati di recente con gusto e molto confortevoli. Colazione abbondante e varia. Il parcheggio esterno privato è un ulteriore plus importante per me. Proprietaria gentilissima e comunicazioni veloci e puntuali. Consigliatissimo.
