This updated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo boasts a spacious and bright layout just 2 blocks from the base of Park City Mountain Resort and near the heart of Old Town! The family-friendly home is also located directly on the bus route and near the City Park, the perfect gateway for all your outdoor and city adventures. Inside the home, you will find a stylish space with comfortable bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, and 1 parking spots directly in front of the home!



The Space:

Adventure awaits from this updated three-bedroom condo that places you within walking distance of the slopes, city, and park! Just two blocks from the base of Park City Mountain Resort you can be on Payday Express Lift and heading to the slopes in no time! And, the family-friendly home is near a spacious park that will provide fun for the entire family. After a day out exploring you will love returning to this cozy condo to relax and socialize with your group!



The home includes 1 parking spot in the winter and 2 in the summer. It is right outside your door so you can comfortably unload all your gear when you arrive. As you enter the bright home you will be welcomed by the inviting living room where you will find a leather couch and a stylish reading chair to curl up in. This well-decorated space is perfect for movie nights on the 50” Smart TV, or for warming up by the modern electric fireplace after a day playing out in the snow. The living room is connected to the dining area and kitchen making for an open and social layout perfect for groups. Behind the couch, you will find the dining area, a cozy space that features a white dining table with a cozy built-in bench seat providing seating for 6. This space is ideal for enjoying meals with your group, or for playing cards or board games, both of which guests will find available to them in the storage area near the table.



A kitchen bar with three bar stools bridges the living room and kitchen together for a nice open flow. The kitchen is a beautiful space with granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and a wide range of cookware providing everything you need to whip up a delicious meal. Rounding out the ground floor is a full-size bathroom and a bedroom. Down the hallway from the kitchen, you will find the bathroom and bedroom. The bathroom is well-located for shared use and features two access points, one from the hallway and one from the ground-floor bedroom. Inside the bathroom, you will find a large single-sink vanity with ample storage below the sink and a free-standing tiled shower with a glass door.



When you are ready to settle in for the night you will find the first bedroom located off the kitchen. This well-designed space features a queen-size bed with a lovely wood bedframe, matching nightstands with lamps, and a closet to store your luggage and personal items. Head up the stairs to reach the additional two bedrooms of the home. The first bedroom is the roomy master bedroom which features a comfortable king-size bed, matching nightstands with lamps, a closet, and a large wooden dresser. Situated on top of the dresser is a TV so you can enjoy a movie or show before calling it a night. The bedroom also includes a wooden bench tucked underneath a large window from which you can enjoy views of the surrounding area. Across the hallway is the third bedroom, a space perfect for sharing with a large wooden bunk bed featuring a twin-over-full as well as a twin trundle bed. The room has a large dresser and a bar-door-style closet for storage space. All three of the home’s bedrooms feature plush carpeting and blinds over the windows for added comfort. A full-size bathroom is located upstairs which can be accessed from both the master bedroom and the hallway just outside of the third bedroom. This bathroom includes a single-sink vanity with under-the-sink storage space and a tiled bathtub/shower combo. Rounding out the upstairs is a laundry closet with a full-size washer and dryer for guest use.



As you step outside the front door of the home you will see a beautiful park that features several areas for you to enjoy. There is something for the whole family at this park with a large playground, a picnic area, sand volleyball courts, and an outdoor basketball court. This home is ready for whatever adventure you are after for year-round fun.

Guests will have access to the entire home as well as 2 parking spaces in summer, 1 space in winter due to snow storage.



The Neighborhood:

This home boasts an incredible location just minutes from the base of Park City’s iconic Park City Mountain Resort! You are just 2 blocks from Park City Mountain Resort where you can get on the Payday Express lift to hit the slopes, do some ice skating, or enjoy the other seasonal activities at the resort. In the summertime, the resort has several summer activities to enjoy from the zipline to the Alpine Slide and Alpine Coaster. The Main Street Historic District is also a short, 5-minute bus ride away and is home to multiple eateries, shops, breweries, museums, galleries, and seasonal festivals. For those looking to get out and explore some of the area’s beautiful hiking trails the home places you within walking distance to several including Silver Spur and Gambel Oak Loop Trailhead. This home is an ideal launching pad for year-round fun and access to a myriad of outdoor recreation options!



Getting Around:

Thanks to this home’s amazing locale, you can walk to many places in less than 10 minutes, including the Park City Mountain Resort base where you will find the Payday Express lift, the popular alpine slide, shops and restaurants, as more year-round activities. Be out on the hiking trails in minutes with both City Park and the Gambel Oak Loop Trailhead a few minutes’ walk. Or head downtown and jump on the Main Street Trolley, a fun and easy way to explore the historic downtown area. This home is also steps from the City Park stop of the FREE Park City Transit bus system, which connects you to multiple lines that span all of Park City so that you can get to just about anywhere free of charge, including nearby Deer Valley Resort.
