Incredible location, walkable to Eiffel Tower (mind you almost an hour walk but Europe = walking). Phenomenal breakfast, definitely worth adding on. Indianas restaurant right next door, great tacos. Would definitely recommend, the one con would be the bathroom - not bad honestly, but some mold spots on the ceiling and there was a sewage smell coming through the vents. Incredible staff

When we are checking in the tell me There is no Parking available, I have to park my expensive car in a parking garage 500m next to the hotel. After the stay I noticed that I lost my sweater in the room, I called 4 times the reception and they tell me 4 times that thee Will call me back. Still no call from them. Verry bad

Paulin at Reception went out of her way to explain the use of the Metro which we did substantially. Her Patience and perfect English made our experience in Paris, Exceptional!!!

Great location and staff. Free water at front desk and bottles for room. They had plenty of spaces to sit and enjoy food in the building. Great cafe/bakery around the corner. Very walkable and safe, metro accessible. Room was medium sized however we were a group of 3 and were able to make it work. Only downside is toilet is in separate room from sink and shower!

Ne demandez pas de facture !!
Établissement très propre et confortable , bien situé. MAIS , déçu par mon accueil de mercredi soir. Mon séjour est payé , je demande ma facture , et la réceptionniste me fait comprendre que je suis passé par hôtels.com, et qu’elle ne peut me donner de facture , avec un ton très condescendant . Je trouve cela étonnant car je suis un habitué de hotelscom et de cette chaîne d’hôtels, mais n’insiste pas. Je demande cette même facture ce vendredi matin à une autre équipe. La facture globale a été imprimée en 2 secondes . Pour moi ce style de comportement est rédhibitoire pour un retour à cette adresse .

Can not beat a location like this. Bus and Metro (Gaité, line 13) are literally on your doorstep. Gazillion of restaurants and cafés around you, no mentioning Gare Montparnasse a stone through away from the Hotel. Could not hope for better location. The hotel is clean and quiet, super friendly staff, and the rooms are modern, cozy, and chic. Do not hesitate to select this hotel for your Parisian trips, great value.

Great hotel
Great location. Very good service. The bed is comfy. The room is very quiet. There is a coffee maker and a fridge in the room. There is a bathtub in the bathroom. Breakfast is very good for me even though I’ve read reviews where people said it didn’t have much offerings. There is always free fresh lemon water or similar fruit infused water in the lobby, very convenient when you just arrive and are thirsty from the journey. When I left the hotel to catch an early flight they offered me free warm croissant for the road. It was a very nice touch. The location is very convenient, right next to the metro station for M13. There are many restaurants just steps away. The bakery at the corner (Paris Bakery and Co Gaite) is very good. Try the “traditional baguette”.

Terrible 4* Stay
We had booked this hotel after reading many great reviews on the breakfast and the rooms. We landed at 2 am and when we got there our rooms were not ready. We had to wait for an hour or so for check in. The rooms have this stale stench and the bathroom is moldy and the shower leaks. RUDE staff and breakfast was a waste of money. Food was never refilled and we often went hungry at breakfast with little to no options available. Lou was the only helpful person in management.

Not sure if it’s worth what we paid for, but overall good hotel. The thing that was an issue, the air conditioning The system was on all time, but barely cold feel the cold air. We could not adjust the thermostat We stayed in October, so not very hot temperatures Thank you
