Wir waren bis jetzt immer zufrieden. Bei fiesem Aufenthalt wurde vergessen, das zimmer zu reinigen. Handtücher wurden nicht susreichend zur Vetfügung gestellt. Die Kaffeemaschine war defekt. Im Badezimmer hatten die Fugen und das Silikon vermehrt Schimmel. Im ganzen ließ die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig. Schade.

The unique, quaint little hotel tucked away in a cul de sac off a bustling little farmer's market street was very nice. It is the type of place you want to find when in Paris. This was our first trip and we really liked the atmosphere. The room itself could use a bit of updating not in decor but maybe some of the bathroom appliances or fixtures, as the towel warmer would not work even after asking for assistance with how to use it and the shower water pressure was light and a different shower head may have helped if it had some adjustable options. Other than that we did not really spend much time in the room because we were exploring Paris!

Following check, and we realized that our room was substantially smaller than we thought. We asked for additional pillows which we never received. It was extremely loud outside of our room, as if we were in the midst of a construction zone. The room was very small and the beds were extremely hard. The lobby was great but the rooms were small and not so confortable. They sent us to a room in the basement for the first night telling us it was magnificent,with a view on the garden.... are you kidding? Anyway the breakfast was very good, and the other two nights we stayed at the first floor!

Location is perfect
The location is very good, you can go to the Arc de Triomphe within 10 minutes. The front desk is open 24 hours and has a nice feel. Breakfast is available from 7am to 11am and is simple but delicious. The rooms are small compared to hotels in Southeast Asia, and the lack of amenities is a negative, but it can't be helped as it is in Europe. It was nice to have a bathtub. 立地がとても良く、凱旋門にも10分以内で行ける。フロントは24時間対応可で、感じが良い。 7-11時で朝食も可能で、シンプルながら美味しい。 部屋は、東南アジアのホテルに比べると、小さく、アメニティがついていないのはマイナスだが、ヨーロッパだとあるあるなんで、仕方なし。バスタブがあったのは良かった。

They were very accommodating. I arrived very early for my reservation but was carsick from the ride from the airport and they found a room that had just been cleaned to put me in early. The staff is very nice and helpful.

Lastimosamente como lo dijimos en el comentario anterior no tiene 4 estrellas, nos parece excelente q lo vayan a evaluar las estrellas prontamente y sea para bajarselas, las cortinas no cierran de la habitacion, el desayuno es muy basico unos huevos cocinados en una maquina, eso si tienen buena maquina de cafe y panaderia Gracias por responder el comentario anterior, si los empleados hablan ingles basico, por ultimo el lobby da tristeza son todos con camisetas sentados

2 star at best!
Basic, dated, dirty & disappointing. It really needs an update, the air conditioning doesn't work, the bathroom was dirty with pubic hair. I certainly, will NOT be returning. The staff were lovely though. I did not make a complaint, we were only in Paris for 1 night.

You are right it is not normal to have a dirty bathroom (may be a need to pass the vaccum cleaner after the cleaning), the air conditionning was fixed right away. So it is a pity for us you did not complaint on the spot, be sure we make all our possible for every guest to be comfortable. Not great. Definitely NOT a 4-star hotel
Not great. Definitely not a 4-star hotel, it felt much more like a 2-star hotel The hotel is very rundown and old inside, and a strong smell of cigarette smoke throughout the hotel. The rooms are in poor condition, the floor was very worn and the ceiling in the bathroom had tiles missing. They are also missing basic amenities. I requested an iron and ironing board and they didnt have an ironing board, and told me to iron my shirts on the bed. Not what you would expect from a 4-star hotel. I would not recommend for the price.

I enjoyed my stay here. The room is tight and perfect if you traveling solo. Overall good hotel, great price & located in a good area.

Very close to local shops/bistros. Short walk to the Arc de Triomphe and a major metro station. Staff is super hardworking and friendly. Very nice breakfast selection.
