Rommet vårt hadde fantastisk utsikt til Eiffel tårnet. Positivt. Mye støv på rommet, selv etter renhold. Bestilte transport fra CDG flyplass via hotellet. Transporten kom aldri. Dårlig førsteinntrykk. Bestilte bord i restauranten i syvende etasje, men bestillingen ble aldri registrert. Måtte vente lenge på bord. Fint hotell, men alt annen booking bør man ordne selv, ikke via resepsjonen på hotellet.

Hotellet er et flott utgangspunkt for et besøk i Paris. Anbefaler alle og besøke baren på taket. Der var det gode drinker, god stemning og fantastisk utsikt. Hotellet har bra utsikt og en flinke ansatte. Her kommer vi gjerne igjen

Anbefales!
Dette er et veldig fint hotell! Har bodd der to ganger og har vært veldig fornøyd med både rom og service. Minus for at spa-avdelingen har dårlig kapasitet, samt at rommet var blitt røyket i av tidligere gjester. Strøket rundt hotellet er fantastisk og gir mulighet for shopping og nydelige matopplevelser.

This is a hotel I can and will recommend for friends living in Norway, with an outstand view over the city from the terrace bar and restaurant. We always got a smile from the staff and they really did their best. The trip to Paris became an enjoyable experience thanks to the staff at the hotel.

Great hotel. Large rooms for Paris. Bar is outstanding. Really close to some excellent restaurants but our of the way of the tourists. Room was on the warm side even though was thermostat was set on lowest.

Moderne intiør i trivelig nabolag 😀👍
Meget fornøyd. 😀 Fint hotell med kult og moderne interiør. Flott takterasse der man kan nyte synet av at Eiffeltårnet blinker etter mørkets frembrudd. Gangavstand i et trivelig nabolag til Sacre-Coer. Kort vei til Moulin Roure der Undergrunn "Blanche" linje 2 tar deg vidre og korenspoderer med det meste. Hit skal vi tilbake!

Fin standard, kjempe koslige ansatte og en fantastisk utsikt fra taket! Litt stusselig frokost til en dyr penge.. Fin plassering med gå avstand til moulin rouge og buss rett utenfor døren, som tar deg til sentrum på 10-15 min

Wonderful experience with the friendliest staff. We had a bottle of wine waiting for us with a thoughtful note wishing my wife and I best wishes on our honeymoon. Well worth the stay and the rooftop bar has the best views of the Eiffel Tower!

Perfect location to explore Montmartre, good connection with Bus and Metro for sightseeing in the the city. Very friendly and good service. The view over the city from the restaurant (7th floor) and the room we had (6th floor) is stunning.

Nous avons récemment séjourné au Terrass Hôtel à Montmartre et notre expérience a été tout simplement exceptionnelle. Dès notre arrivée, le personnel nous a accueillis avec un sourire chaleureux et une hospitalité remarquable. Leur serviabilité et leur attention aux détails ont vraiment marqué le début d'un séjour mémorable. Les chambres de l'hôtel sont un véritable havre de paix. Spacieuses, bien décorées et dotées de tout le confort moderne, elles offrent un espace accueillant où l'on se sent instantanément chez soi. Le niveau de propreté et d'entretien est irréprochable, témoignant du souci constant de l'équipe pour le bien-être de ses clients. Simply the best…
We have stayed at the Terrass Hotel the last six times we have visited Paris. At this point, I can’t imagine why we’d patronize any other hotel, as the lovely welcoming staff and beautiful accommodations of the Terrass could not be bettered. We are also enormously fond of the charming neighborhood just below Montmartre, with the best patisserie in the world (Alexine)!!! The rooftop bar offers a grand selection of cocktails and affords the perfect vantage point for taking in the 11pm twinkling of the Eiffel Tower. We simply love the Terrass Hotel.

Second time staying at Terrass. No VIP (platinum) extras whatsoever, last time we stayed here we at least got a complementary bottle of wine. Property seemed less clean, we found many stray hairs in bathroom and even on our bed. Dining /drink options at rooftop bar were lacking.

I stayed at this hotel 10 yesrs ago and always wanted to go back … And wow what an amaxing job they done. Renovating doing the terrace even better. We got a room with stunning views over Paris exactly as I remebered it . The staff in the reception was so nice and overall this is a hotel i will stay in every time I go to Paris… The location is also totaly fab with pitoresque Montmartre outside the door

Right at the start of Monmatre Village and 5 min walk to Moulin Rouge! It's a beautiful 5 star Boutique Hotel with rooms that have views of the Eiffel Tower! We just loved our room and terraces going to bed with the glittering lights of the Eiffel Tower and waking up to it. The service is great. The mini bar is stocked with Laurent Perrier half bottle of champagne amazing chocolates and other goodies. There is great history in this hotel and is over 100 years old but with all modern amenities. Never made it to the roof top bar for dining or drinking, nor did we have time for the spa as we were only there for 1 night but it was amazing! I highly recommend this place! When we arrived they also upgraded us! TRULY AMAZING!

Excellent Place to Stay in Paris
We loved this hotel. The room was spacious and had everything we could want including robes and slippers. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was large with lots of counter space. Easy access to many restaurants and cafes, not as close to the main tourist places, but it was a second Paris visit, so we didn't need that. The staff was very helpful and friendly. There were only two things we weren't as happy about. We wanted to eat at the restaurant, but it was closed the first night even thought the front desk didn't know this and they were booked for the second night even though we tried to reserve in advance. We think there should be some space saved for hotel guests to book. The more important issue is that the billing of the hotel isn't well managed. We had prepaid the two nights, but I received an email (in French) that my card had been declined even though the charge had cleared our bank. I called and was told not to worry about the email. Then when we checked out early, we were charged for both nights, and since I hadn't been shown the bill charges, we didn't know until we were in the cab on the way to the airport. I had to wait until 9am to call, and the problem was handled efficiently, but they need better systems in place. Still I would recommend this hotel, just pay attention to charges.

This hotel is an old favorite. It has been upgraded and is really a fun place to stay. The rooftop bar and restaurant is so nice. The staff is second to none. There wasn't anything they wouldn't do for us. Unfortunately they were doing construction up the street which made for some noise and dust/dirt during our stay but would be sure it won't last forever.
