Great location!
Fantastic location and clean, nice rooms. The staff in the reseption was very helpful and serviceminded. The free icecream was a big hit with the kids also! There are a couple of things we would like to mention, however. The beds and pillows were very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. The other thing that was a bit uncomfertable was that the cleaning staff came into the room several times during our stay. With just a short, low knock on the door before they entered caused some irritation and should be unnecessary.

We had a great stay for 5nights at Novotel les halles July 2023. The welcome was great and they delivered our suitcases up to the room for us. Free icecream in the lobby every afternoon was also a hit for our kids:-) This hotel has a great location was a lot of stores, restaurants and the Metro right by. Our daughter has Nut allergie, and on the breakfast the first day she ate a waffel that they said had no nuts in it, but it had. So the next day i talked to the employees there just to be shure... Then again she ate a muffin that wasnt supposed to have nuts in it, but it had. I talked to the staff and the reception about this, they did not take this serious at all and the feedback from them were really unproffesional... i asked for a refund for the last days and we got at least got that. But its not okay that we had to out for breakfast everyday after that. besides that, this was a really nice hotel.

Great location and professional staff
Have stayed at several Novotel hotels across France, and other hotels in Paris, and this hotel is the best overall. Good value for money, good facilities, great location and very helpful and professional staff. Would stay here again.

Fantastisk personale
Utmerket hotell på alle måter; komfortabelt, lekkert, god standard, nydelig frokost. Men best av alt var personalet. Alltid hyggelige, smilende og imøtekommende. Og svært behjelpelige; min datter var så uheldig å miste ringen sin ned i sluket på vasken. Ikke noe problem; vaktmester var på plass etter få minutter og fant ringen igjen. Tusen takk; vi elsker dette hotellet og kommer igjen neste år :-)

Hotel is located right in front of a major train station which was great and there were many food places around. Staff was helpful. Room was small and the bathtub was very slippery. Not enough USB chargers. Taxes could have been explained better when first checking in. Some of the side streets leading to the hotel had many homeless people, smelled of urine, and someone knocked repeatedly on our door in the middle of the night because they thought our room was theirs. Took 5 tries to successfully reach the front desk staff with their phone and notify them about this incident.

The hotel is great and easy to get around to the sites. The staff was very attentive and concern for us. Only issue I have is we had mosquitoes and killed over 10 of them. Finally I sprayed Lysol around the window frame and it stopped. I would recommend to anyone to stay here and I would reture

Very clean, efficient, spacious and comfortable. Also a very helpful staff. Its about a good 3 mile walk to the main attractions, so not ideal for the tourists, also a small walk to taxis etc, which can be a bit of inconvenience if travelling with a lot of luggage, but very well priced.

Great stay - wish it had been longer. Very comfortable room. Door staff were attentive and very polite. Front desk staff were exceptionally nice and helpful. Easy access to RER and Metro out the front door. Nice quiet neighborhood with good choices for food all around. Easy walking distance to major sights. Really enjoy opening the window and hearing the hustle and bustle of the neighborhood, which was a nice quiet white noise.

I found this hotel last minute to our family trip to Paris/London and we weren't disappointed. The location was perfect, close to the train station and pretty much a walk to major attractions and restaurants. It's a good hotel for the price, the room was good and clean, the staff was friendly and very helpful. We liked their breakfast with lots of options from cheeses to fruits and breads, yum. Only giving 4 stars b/c the area around the hotel is a bit dirt and very noisy. Also, one morning during breakfast we were giving a horrible table by the back door of the restaurant in a corner very noise and dirty with tons of box and old chairs pilled on top of each other(ugly).

We stayed here for our first trip to Paris and we have no complaints! The staff was friendly and helpful and allowed us to check in early which was greatly appreciated! We had three people in one room and we had just the right amount of space. The room was nicely furnished and cleaned while we were out. The hotel was also in a great location to access public transportation or walk to a lot of the major attractions most tourists want to see on their first trip to Paris. The hotel also had a luggage room that was accessible 24/7 and we were allowed to leave our bags there after we checked out. Check out was at 12:00, but we were staying in Paris for a few more hours. Being allowed to store our luggage gave us the freedom to view a few more things before we caught our train out of the city! I would recommend this hotel to any first time visitor or anyone who wants to be in a convenient location.

My recent stay at Novotel Paris Les Halles was incredibly frustrating and deeply disappointing. The heater in our room was non-functional for the first two nights, leaving us in the cold and ultimately causing my daughter to fall ill. Despite multiple reports to the staff, it took them three days to address the issue, wasting hours of our vacation time waiting for maintenance that repeatedly never showed up. Furthermore, our privacy was blatantly violated. Despite explicit instructions to the front desk and a "Do Not Disturb" sign on our door, hotel staff entered our room without our permission. To make matters worse, upon checkout, I was assured that no charges would be applied to my credit card until the issues had been resolved and compensation had been discussed. Contrary to this assurance, my card was charged without any prior discussion or resolution. The response from the hotel and the lack of accountability have been appalling. This was not just an uncomfortable stay; it was a complete disregard for guest satisfaction and basic hotel standards. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone based on our experience.
