Topp, sentralt!
Ett super sentralt hotel. Dro rett fra CG flyplass med Rossybuss, så fikk vi ett lite stykke til hotellet. Koselig og god frokost.

Supert hotell
Veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme ansatte. Ikke så stor men veldig god frokost. Hotellet hadde gåavstand til det meste. Vi er superfornøyde og vil bo her neste gang vi er i Paris også!

Store flotte rom sentralt i Paris
Herlig når rommet er så stort og luftig. Ingen støy inn mot bakhage. Sentralt i forhold til metro, sightseeing rundt i byen. PS rolig i Paris i mars. Alt i alt et meget behagelig hotel.

Perfect hotel
We had a nice week in Paris staying at this hotel. Really friendly staff, helping you with luggage etc. They were renovating so alittle mess to be expecting around the breakfast area which was small and served mainly in the bar. We skipped this since there is alot of breakfast places in the neighborhood. Rooms was clean and beautiful!

Nice hotel, but expensive and slow checkin/out
Slow service and noone in the reception when i can back in the night. I had to ring the doorbell and wait 3-4 minutes.

Nytt delikat hotel
Jeg bodde på Premier Opera Diamond 3 netter i forbindelse med en stor messe i Paris. Personalet var utrolig hyggelig og hjelpsom. Rommet var rent og pent, ikke minst badet som var svært delikat. Bor gjerne på dette hotellet igjen neste gang jeg drar til Paris

Bra, men ikke handikapvennlig. Toalettet var for lite og ikke slik som forventet. Garderoben var faktisk større, men man kunne ikke bruke det som toalett. Så dette hotellet kan dere ikke anbefale til handikappede. Kan ikke parkere utenfor hotellet så derfor er henting og levering et problem.

Great hotel!
I had high expectation due to very good reviews. These expectations where more than fullfilled. Great breakfast and the room was really great. I really liked the Iphone docking and the wireless 9 button switch beside the bed which controlled all the lights. Very proffesional and service oriented personell.

Front desk staff was helpful when checking in. I did encounter an issue with the man that recommends things to do. He gave the taxi the wrong address, and when I went back and told him about the mistake, he didn’t even apologize or take ownership of the fact that he gave the wrong address to the taxi and at the end of the day I paid both fares and wasn’t even Given remedy for the mistake. Also, one night when I couldn’t sleep I asked the front desk man if it was safe to do a quick walk around he said yes, it’s safe. So I walked around there for less than 5 mins, and there was a man that followed me and I went back into the hotel, and when I come back to the front desk five minutes later the front desk man locked the sliding doors of the hotel and I was still outside. It’s kind of ridiculous that they have to lie about little things when being truthful from the start would be better. It is NOT safe in Paris at night.

Very nice hotel and the staff was very friendly and polite especially Jihad.The beds were comfortable.The room lighting could have been brighter,as there is no celling light in the middle of the room.some of the furniture needs to be replaced as they looked a bit worn.The carpet in our room had a few stains and needed a good clean or replaced but nothing major.I would definitely stay there again.

First and foremost, we felt welcome the moment we walked in. Our flight actually arrived a bit early so we emailed this wonderful staff advising them and asked if we could drop off our bags until checkin time. They emailed back quickly and stated they were happy to accommodate. Upon arrival, we were net with Jihad and he offered us a complimentary breakfast while they verified our reservation and was even able to push up our check-in immediately so we could settle in early and start the our first day in Paris! Though we mostly spent our time in the city, each and every morning, late evening, and any random pop-in, we were greeted with the most positive vibes and eagerness to help in any way. Our room view was spectacular, so perfectly clean, and amenities were always prompt. We were across the treat from the main train hub and within walking distance of some of the best street foods and high end shopping. On Valentine's, we were offered 2 champagne rounds in the house while we enjoyed their life music in their elegant courtyard. The way we were treated made us truly feel as of this was our 2nd home away from home.❤️ Next time we visit, this will be the first place we think of to call!

We stayed four nights and got a room with no AC. Also left NO SERVICE DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door and housekeeper still came in to do service. The last day of our stay, she knocked while we were in the room when the sign on the door. I opened it and she feigned ignorance but I can't understand why because the do not disturb sign is in both English and in french so there's no language barrier as an excuse. I discovered when I got home to the States that she stole my Dior belt. The staff offered no assistance to make the stay more pleasant after I complained about the hotel and housekeeping invading our privacy. It is not a five star experience. Also we saw a small mouse in the lobby. I would not recommend this hotel.

Good location, hotel decor very garish. Common areas are tiny, tiny chairs also. Ridiculous room accessed through its bathroom with a curtain separator. Late evening room service took over an hour from order for margarietta pizza. Lifts been used by staff continuously, so walking up and down 6 flights most of the time. Rubbish from other rooms outside door and in hallways. Very nice staff especially the lady who cleaned our room. Room not made up by 5 p.m. Very expensive hotel. Very oversold for the price. Room key stopped working mid visit. Not enough staff at checkout. A disappointment overall.

The room was really nice. The room was very hot even with the ac on all night. Had to open the window to cool the room down. A 5 star hotel should have a proper working ac. The rain shower and bathroom was top notch.

Perfect place to stay!!
This hotel And their staff was just fantastic! Right from us getting out of the taxi- met to get our bags , greeted us at the desk and offered drinks and to sit while our paperwork was pulled up. Walked us to our room- beautiful just like the pictures, it was a good size and had great AC because it was unusually hot in Paris that week. Showed us everything the hotel has to offer, and also recommended restaurants and best way to travel to all the sites. Our hotel was perfectly located to easily get to where we needed to go. We felt welcomed and value and will most definitely come stay here again. Thank you everything was perfect!

Visiting Paris? This is the place to stay!
The hotel has stunning elegant decor, the service was amazing from the go and we even got a free upgrade due to it being our anniversary, which was unexpected and a fantastic surprise. Highly recommend!
The hotel is beautiful and the staff was so friendly and helpful. This was such a great location with wonderful food and shops nearby. We also stayed at another hotel during our trip but this hotel and location was our favorite by far. Highly recommend staying here.
