Amazing hotel in the heart of paris
It was fantastic! The staff were super friendly and they communicated through what’s app for all of our needs which made it super easy. The hotel was clean and very comfortable. They even upgraded us to a bigger room which was very kind of them. We will surely come back very soon.

Weird service didnt refill minibar before my star and had to argue for charges, room smelled a bit like seage, rugs old, gym not open early enough, 62 eur breakfast for omelette coffee and juice. Good location and great bellman tho. Good gym in the spa. Overall not worth thousands per night

Fantastique adresse!!
Le Royal Monceau est devenu en 2 jours notre nouvel hôtel à Paris et nos prochains séjours seront certainement que dans cet établissement! L'ambiance est magique, le staff charmant et professionnel, les chambres spacieuses et merveilleusement bien décorées. Les 2 restaurants excellents et nous avons eu la chance de gouter la meilleure Milanaise (oreille d'éléphant) de tout les restaurants même en Italie, l'équipe et le chef sont très présents et charmants! Un grand BRAVO et à très bientôt!

A wonderful hotel in the main so its disappointing to say that the service in the main bar was at best, very average. I wouldn't let this put you off but if I am paying 100 euro for 4 drinks (2 of these were bottles of beer) then I want service quicker than 30 minutes ... they weren't even busy. This happened on more than one occasion and on more than one day of our 3 day stay so it wasn't an isolated incident. A real shame as other than that it was a lovely stay.

Highly Recommended. The location is central as the hotel is only 5 mins walk from the Champs Elysees. Staff are friendly and happy to help e.g. sort out our transport for when there was protest on the check out day. The Saturday brunch was lovely and has a good selection of sweets and desserts.

Had the best stay ever in Paris at le Royal Monseau Beautiful hotel staff are amazing I usually stay at the George V but will be staying at the Monseau from now on

スタッフの方の対応が素晴らしい
空港からホテルに向かうタクシーの中で携帯電話を紛失してしまったのですが、スタッフの方々が出来る限りのことをして下さり無事取り戻すことができました。また、コンシェルジュの方にはディナーの予約で色々とわがままを言ってしまいましたが、嫌な顔一つせず最善を尽くして下さいました。本当に素敵なレストランをご紹介いただき、心に残る良い思い出になりました。 ホテル内のレストランも素晴らしく、朝食とサンデーブランチでブッフェを利用しましたが、どれも本当に美味しくクオリティの高さに驚きました。中でもピエールエルメのクロワッサンは絶品です! マイナスポイントとしてはエレベーターが古いのか?かなり遅い時があり階段を利用したことくらいです。 次回またパリに行く際にはこちらを利用させていただくと思います。 本当にありがとうございました。
