Dear Patti, thank you for your review and this very good rating; during the period of your stay the air conditioning was probably set for warm air, in the spring with the low temperature it has been until recently it is actually set to warm mode for all rooms, so I assume that that's why you're talking about opening the windows because you wouldn't be able to get fresh air with air conditioning but just ventilating, make sure in summer it's on cool mode of course.Anyway, everything went well for you and we are delighted to know that you enjoyed your stay so much, see you soon with great pleasure at the Hotel Londres et New York!

Hi Regina, I think you just mean the renovation work on the front of the hotel, it's not really under construction though; there were small visual disturbances because during a renovation the view is obstructed for certain rooms which were concerned on the facade and we are aware that we had to rely on the understanding of our customers because there was no no view of the station, but we had informed our booking partners of this embellishment period to avoid any unpleasant surprises, it is a compulsory passage for each building and our Hotel is now waiting for you under its best profile for the Coupe du Rugby World and the 2024 Olympic Games!

Bonjour Hawa, nous répondons un peu tardivement à votre avis post-séjour, recevez nos sincères excuses; il est vrai qu' en période de forte activité il est parfois difficile de trouver le temps pour répondre mais nous prenons réellment en considération tous les commentaires et avis reçus ; nous avons une bonne insonorisation au niveau des chambres et un double vitrage de très haute qualité mais l'hôtel étant situé en plein Paris près de la Gare Saint Lazare certains promeneurs nocturnes peuvent se montrer très bruyants. Aussi nous conseillons à nos clients au sommeil léger, de ne pas hésiter à nous en faire part en amont du séjour et nous attribuons alors une chambre qui donne sur l'arrière de l'hôtel, ce côté étant non passant le calme est assuré.Pour votre prochaine réservation très chère Hawa, n'hésitez pas à nous l'indiquer en commentaire et nous ferons le nécessaire.
