Totalt sett et veldig bra hotel:-)
Et lite hotell som ligger fint til i hyggelige omgivelser på Ile San Louis. Hotellet er rent og personalet hyggelige og serviceinnstilte.God frokost (hvis man velger dette) og det er fri nettilgang. Reiser gjerne tilbake!!

Sentralt, sjarmerende og hyggelig hotell
Et svært hyggelig og sjarmerende hotell, med en vennlig og hjelpsom betjening. Vi var klar over at rommene var små, men de var store nok og komfortable. Smale korridorer, var bare sjarmerende. God frokost kunne kjøpes og inntas i hotellets meget lille spisesal eller serveres på rommet. Hotellet har en meget sentral beliggenhet i en hyggelig og attraktiv gate på øya Ìle saint - louis. Anbefales!

The attention to detail in the finishes and the design were so cute, the placement of wallpaper, the gold treads on the carpeting in the stairwell, the mixing of patterns and textures, the lighting in the rooms, next to the beds and the fixtures so thoughtful and well placed, a tiny nail in the molding of the room to connect the curtain by its ring to keep it in place... The housekeeping was wonderful always preparing our rooms with fresh water, fresh towels that were big and white and new and fluffy, turn down service, and anything we needed the front desk would send right up. We adored this property and would love to return.

We were a bit leery, choosing a hotel in the heart of the tourist district. Hotel L de Lutece was a real find though. Clean, comfortable, exceptionally friendly, helpful, and welcoming staff. Great breakfast. Would absolutely stay there again.

très mauvaise expérience
J’ai réservé une chambre pour une nuit qui s’est bien passé, mais ensuite j’ai décidé de rester encore une nuit. Avant de réserver j’ai demandé à avoir une chambre qui donne sur la rue. La réceptionniste m’a assuré que c’était le cas et que c’était une très belle chambre au 6e étage. À l’heure de Check-in, j’ai eu la surprise d’avoir l’ascenseur jusqu’au 5e étage et de devoir monter un étage avec la valise + etc...En plus j’avais pas de carte d’accès à l’ascenseur et je devais demander à chaque fois à la réception. En rentrant dans la chambre j’avais l’impression que quelqu’un avait déjà dormi dans le lit, la machine à café contenait encore la capsule usagée et la chambre n’était pas coté rue. Pendant mon séjour, ils ont commencé à réparer l’ascenseur et j’ai du monter à pieds jusqu’au 6e étage.

Exceeded all expectations! From the extremely helpful and welcoming staff to the comfy modern room, we could not have chosen a better place. The manager always had a smile on his face and reminded us if we needed any recommendations to just ask. He always delivered great places to eat and drink when we needed it. The hotel itself could not be more perfectly located. We were able to get everywhere within 20 mins via the Metro. The street itself has enough amenities that you don’t even need to leave the island. We got so lucky finding them. 10/10

peut mieux faire
suite à une panne il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude. on nous a proposé le petit dejeuner gratuitement mais il n'y avait que que 6 places et elles étaient déjà toutes occupées. Il fallait donc se rendre dans un autre hotel mais le temps nous était compté. dommage. L'hotel est joli, bien place dans une rue calme mais très mal insonorisé. On peut tout entendre ce qui se passe dans les chambres adjacentes. les portes d'entrée des chambres font beaucoup de bruit lorsqu'elles se claquent. c'est très desagreable.

Wonderful location
Loved this Hotel! It dates back to late 1600's but surprisingly the room are very comfortable. The bathroom had plenty of counter space and shower. The location was glorious! Short walk to the Seine River with numerous cafes to choose from. Across the river from Notre-Dame. The was great help with taxis and suggestions.

Uneven service
The hotel is in a great location. The building was built in the 1600s and thus has a tiny elevator and steep staircases. We booked breakfast included, but after having to wait for a table (they only have 3) we requested to change our reservation to exclude breakfast and the hotel refused. Also the service from the people covering the front desk was very uneven.

Staff were all so friendly and welcoming and hotel is located in such a great neighbourhood. The hotel itself is charming, the room clean and although on the smaller side was so quiet. We would stay here again.

Great location on the Isle St Louis, so v close to Notre Dame and right on the Seine. Nice neighbourhood with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel itself is pretty basic as it is so old. But it is kept clean and the staff are helpful. We had two rooms: odd that the one for my mother was large, had a bath, and with a great view. The one for me and my wife was smaller, no bath, with a dingy view of an internal courtyard. Yet cost was same. So when booking try to find out about size/view. Also breakfasts were a bit hit and miss. First two mornings a young man serving a v basic breakfast with no choice. Then after that a young women who gave us a menu and we had lots of choice! Seemed a bit odd. But overall highly recommended.

Perfect in every way!
I had cause to stay overnight in Paris as a solo traveller. I have stayed in the city many times but never alone, so I wanted to be sure I would feel safe when out and about at night. A number of years ago I decided that Île Saint-Louis was a very special area - almost like a little village within the city so it seemed like the obvious choice of location. Accommodation tends to be on the more expensive side here, but I was fortunate to get a great rate for Hôtel de Lutèce for the night. What a delightful, peaceful and authentic little hotel. As well as fabulous staff, the room was full of character and the interior was dreamy. A generous size of bedroom and bathroom for a Paris hotel. I would be ecstatic to stay here on every future visit. Highly recommend.
