It is meant as a basic hotel and I don't want to be overcritical, but it was less than a pleasant stay. My biggest concern was that it didn't seem very clean overall. Some staff members went out of their way to be helpful and friendly, but others were barely so-so. My biggest warning is that the combination tub and shower was so slippery that I skipped a shower on my second day because I was scared of falling.

Nice experience
The host is friendly and courteous. They have 24hours staff a day who can help if there is problem. Many attractions can be reached by walk. However, the rooms and elevators are relatively small, but it is a good choice for booking rooms for passengers with light luggage

O hotel está todo reformado e é muito acolhedor. Além disso, está em uma localização excelente, ao lado da universidade e próximo do zoológico e de vários restaurantes. Nos acomodaram (1 casal e 1 criança de 10 anos) em um quarto amplo com uma cama de casal bem confortável e um sofá-cama de solteiro. O banheiro também era amplo e tinha chuveiro e banheira.Tudo muito limpo e em perfeito funcionamento. A única ressalva que faço é que o quarto era voltado para a rua e o isolamento das janelas não era tão bom então não dormimos tão bem à noite em razão do barulho de tráfego de carros na rua.

很可愛的小旅館
一人房空間大小恰到好處，裝潢簡單、可愛，整體空間、寢具和毛巾都很乾淨舒適，公共空間也很溫馨放鬆。入住當天上午本來只是想先寄放行李，但主人已經準備好了空房，可以提前入住實在很感謝！唯一只有房間的隔音較弱，會聽到隔壁房的一些聲音。位置很方便，離河邊不遠可以橫跨左右岸，周邊很多書店，離中世紀博物館走路3分鐘到達，附近有美味的咖啡店(Coutume Institut)，走路範圍也可及主要觀光和逛街景點，入住時優雅的主人還非常專業的提供了建議的地圖路徑，是很棒的住宿選擇。

Good location on a busy street. the road was very noisy. but the double glazing did help. unfortunately the noise from the rooms upstairs wasn't sound proofed so I could hear every move they made.

Charmigt och fräscht familjehotell.
Charmigt, fräscht och familjärt med ett grymt bra läge nära Notre Dame. Vi hade rum 12 på första våningen ut mot gatan, men tack vare dubbla fönster stördes vi inte det minsta av trafiken. Rummet är ljust och verkade helt nyrenoverat. Sängarna är ganska hårda, vilket jag gillar men de kanske inte faller alla i smaken. Badrummet både stort och syperfräscht. Frukosten är enkel men fullt tillräcklig. Rekommenderas varmt.

Hot in Paris

Awesome Location and OUTDATED, Shabby, OLD hotel
If you’re looking for a cheap and awesome location hotel, this is for you. But it has really, seriously old facility- -old air conditioner that’s not cleaned and doesn’t work well. also not so cold minibar. -old carpet that looks like from soviet union -You can listen everytime elevator stops or other people are using water -Spider in the corner of the walls -bathroom shower head that has MOLD(not seriously but it’s mold on shower head!) -just everything is old, shabby and needs to be renovated This hotel’s only merit is location. If you doesn’t care hotel’s location there are many hotels that you can go way better than this. Staffs are good though. just they’re in a outdated hotel that’s not their fault.

Hôtel excellemment placé. Très propre et au confort plus que respectable. Chambre n'était pas énorme, mais très respectable en comparaison des placards qu'offrent certains sur Paris. Accueil chaleureux et efficace. A recommander sans réserve.

アクセス重視ならオススメです
ノートルダム大聖堂・サントシャペル徒歩圏内、バス停や駅も近いので観光や散歩メインの人にはオススメ。ただ周りにカフェやパン屋、レストランが多いわけではなので食事や買い物は出先やシテ島で済ましたほうがいいかも。ホテルの朝ごはんは10€するので私は頼みませんでした。 バスタブ有りの部屋に泊まらせてもらえてありがたかった！Wi-Fiも繋がりやすい。受付のスタッフさんも感じがよくて、チケットの印刷も快く引き受けてくれました(御礼にチップを渡したら「いいわよそんなの〜！」って返してくれたし笑)。 客室ですが、国内ビジネスホテルに泊まり慣れている自分的にはなんの不満もなかったです。パリのプチホテルの中では比較的清潔なんじゃないかと！通りに面してるのに静かでぐっすり眠れて、大満足。ただし、それなりのランクのホテルにしか泊まったことがない人の場合、値段の割には狭いとか古いとか思うかもしれません。物価の高い街です、観光メインでホテルは二の次の人にはオススメですが、ホテル重視なら高いお金を払ってでも高ランクのところがいいかと。

Hotel maravilhoso!
O Hotel é pequeno, confortável, incrivelmente limpo e organizado. O quarto, embora seja pequeno como na maioria dos hotéis em Paris, é muito bom e funcional, equipado com armário, frigobar, escrivaninha, cadeira, cama muito boa, cofre e um banheiro muito espaçoso também, principalmente para ser um quarto de solteiro (a cama é bem grande). Minha estadia em Paris foi muito melhor graças a este hotel. Muito obrigada!

ノートルダム寺院やリュクサンブール公園へ徒歩10分ほどの場所にありとても便利。メトロも3分程度で最寄駅に到着します。スタッフのみなさんはとてもフレンドリーです。お部屋はパリのホテルらしく広くはないですがお風呂など水回りは新しく清潔ですし、部屋も清潔で良いと思います。

Nice hotel in the Latin Quarter
Small hotel, but very well kept and very clean and modern rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for getting around all of Paris on foot or by metro. Also great location if you are coming from Gare du Nord international train station.

No Frills, but Awesome Location and Price.
This was a great, (relatively) inexpensive hotel in a prime location. Pros: Awesome Latin Quarter location away from much of the tourist scenes, but still close enough to walk to almost all the major point of interest (excluding tower and arc.) Quiet and safe street. Clean. Near (2 blocks) a major metro stop (including a RER B stop from the airport) and 1 block from a large supermarket (food, sandwiches, alcohol, and pharmacy.) Cons: Tiny, especially by American hotel standards. Forget big luggage in the elevator or room. The shower was also tricky for a guy my size (6'3"/200lbs), but manageable. You have to leave the room key (with the safe key on it) with the desk when you leave. Overall, we were really happy with our stay here, and we would stay again.

Real estate is expensive in Paris, more you are in the center more it is expensive, to keep a room for an average price of 100 euros, you have to loose sqm,. Our flat are the same: small, but we had to do the same choice, or a big flat, house outside Paris, or to stay in the center with all it's attrativeness, but in a small flat. That is why there are mostly single person within the city, when they become a family they change for the outside, but then have to take public transportation every day to rech there work.

Great family-owned hotel 5 minutes from Notre-Dame
We chose Hotel Diana based on reviews and location, and we were not disappointed! We had a triple room, located at the top floor. This was their largest room and it was perfect for the 3 of us. Both the room and bathroom have been renovated recently. The top floor has 2 rooms while all the other floors have 3 rooms, therefore the 2 rooms on the top floor are the largest. My understanding is that they are in the process of renovating all the rooms. We arrived in the morning directly from Charles de Gaulle Airport. We took the RER B from the airport to Saint-Michel/Notre-Dame (35-40minutes), from there it was a 5 minutes walk to the hotel. I called ahead to make sure that we could drop off our luggage. And it was no problem, they have a special room where they hold onto your luggage. We wanted to go to Montmartre for lunch and they helped us to get there. They also recommended a place for dinner around the neighborhood that was fantastic. When we got back in the afternoon to properly check in, the room was ready and very clean. Everybody was extremely nice and helpful! We had breakfast on site, and it was a great spread of simple and delicious breakfast food (cheese, pastries, bread, eggs, yogurts and fresh fruits from the market). We needed to go to the train station for our next stop, they recommended to take the bus since traffic is significantly lighter in Paris in the Summer, and it was perfect! We loved it, and we'll come back on our next visit to Paris!

Un buona sistemazione nel quartiere più bello
Abbiamo soggiornato in quest'albergo per una settimana. La stanza per due è indubbiamente piccola, ma confortevole e pulita, così come il bagno recentemente ristrutturato. Il personale è gentile. Il punto forte di questa sistemazione è però la posizione, situato a pochi passi dal quartiere latino e dalle principali attrazioni della città.

A small lovely place deserved to recommend
A great location, just 5 minutes walk way from the Notre Dame. The room is quite comfortable and clean but too small in size. My wife even cannot find any space to open her luggage case. The price is quite expensive because of high season. But anyway, we spent wonderful days in Paris.
