Had a lovely 2 night stay at this property. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Bed was a nice size, firm but comfortable. There was a good variety of options for breakfast. The hotel was a block away from the tram so was easy enough to get into Paris. The only thing is that the rooms are not at all sound proof so it’s easy to get woken up by people coming in/leaving late. Overall I have a great stay. It definitely met my expectations

I really liked how close it is from the transportation station, even that is not exactly in the downtown Paris, I was able to see the Eiffel Tower from my room so I couldn’t forgot that I was there 😍 Staff is amazing, they speak several languages and I didn’t have any issues with communication in English or Spanish. I’m really grateful to have chosen this hotel

El hotel es cómodo y desde el front desk hay un 1muy buen servicio. Sin embargo la limpieza de la habitación, casi nula y habia dificultades de idioma para con otros miembros del staff, entendiendo que la mayoria de personas allí, son turistas

Wenn wir das bereits erwähnt hätten, hätten wir die notwendigen Vorkehrungen getroffen und Ihr Zimmer gewechselt. Wir haben ein Konzept für einige Räume, die ohne Badezimmertüren gestaltet und durch Vorhänge weit voneinander getrennt sind, um ihnen einen anderen Charme und eine andere Schönheit zu verleihen. Maybe we arrived at the wrong time, since maintenance was being done on the hotel, and so it was noisy with all the pounding. It was away from many restaurants and we had to order thru Uber eats most of the time. Not accessible to stores and food places. Beds were clean anyway and no bedbugs. Frontdesk staff too were accommodating.

I liked everything. It was tidy, the staff was always polite and you have several transfer possibilities a few minutes away from the hotel. If I visit France again, I would go there again! :)

ホテルは写真で見るよりも古く感じました。エレベーターが故障している期間がありました。無料のコーヒーサービスがロビーにあるのでありがたいです。部屋の広さは十分でした。裏側の部屋だったので、静かですが、少し暗く眺めは良くないです。部屋に一つ椅子があると良かったです。バスルームの掃除が少し不十分な箇所がありました。トラムの駅がすぐ近くで便利です。

Loved how clean it was, some staff members weren’t the friendliest, a little disappointed there wasn’t a bar when it’s advertised, my key card hardly ever worked, but overall it was fine.

I booked two double bed rooms, both are in 1/F, one is nice and big, an other room smaller and dum with compare with the first room Breakfast is nice and comfortable environment Staff are nice and helpful You can have a cup of coffee anytime if you want at the front desk room cleaning everyday 👍

Worth a stay
My son and I stayed at Hotel Atrium, we arrived late due to flight delay and was looking forward to refresh before going back out. We had some confusion over our room booking which was resolved to best of their ability on first night and have resolved since. The second room was lovely and bright. We could not fault breakfast, lots of choice and the all day offer of hot/cold drink machine is a wonderful bonus. Good hotel to stay at.
