Protaras Rose By The Sea is a treasure to be discovered just a short walk from some of the best beaches in Cyprus. Fully renovated in 2022 and designed by a well known interior architect, this beautiful villa is inspired from the typical Mykonos island house and offers just about any luxury you would demand.



The ground floor features an open plan living room area with comfortable sofa set, large TV, fireplace and detailed decoration. On the same level there is a guest toilet and a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances and dining table for 8 persons. The upper floor offer 4 bedroom and a family bathroom. Three bedrooms are equipped with a large double beds and the fourth with a single bed. Two of the double bedrooms offer en-suite bathrooms. Besides air-conditioning all bedroom offer ceiling fans with embedded Bluetooth speakers, concealed lighting and great ambiance.



The exterior offers three different sitting areas with sofas, bar, and dining table, which you can use to enjoy the sun or the shade depending on your mood. There is also an inground whirlpool with a waterfall feature and ambient lighting, gas BBQ and parking place.



Rose By The Sea is fully air-conditioned, fully equipped and offers satellite TV with all European and Russian channels as well as sports channels and high-speed Wi-Fi internet.



The closest beaches are Green Bay and Vyzakia Beach both of which are about three minutes' walk away. The area of Protaras and Ayia Napa offer many beautiful beaches with crystal clear blue waters and white sand all of which are two to fifteen minutes' drive from the villa. Central Protaras with all amenities is about 15 minutes' walk and there are plenty of restaurants, cafes and minimarkets all within a radius of 500m from the villa.



This property is suited for families. Parties, celebrations of any kind and disturbance to the neighbors are strictly forbidden. This is a residential property and we require guests to respect the neighborhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times. Failure to observe these rules may result in the guests being asked to vacate the property without any compensation.
