The Space:
Fig Tree Villa has a living area with 2 sofas, a 4-seater, and a 3-seater, with a TV for relaxing indoors and a piano for music lovers to enjoy, with an additional 2-seater sofa close by for those wanting to enjoy the music to the maximum. The kitchen and dining area is entirely separate and comes fully equipped for your stay. The kitchen is modern and bright with an integrated oven and microwave. There is also a fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, hob with extractor fan, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and even a blender and sandwich maker for your convenience. Guests can enjoy dining indoors on the 4-seater dining table while looking out to the garden area. The ground floor also benefits from a downstairs bathroom with walk-in shower.

The property is tastefully decorated and gives a modern, Mediterranean feel. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 double rooms and 1 twin bedroom with an optional sofa bed accommodating 8 guests. The feature king size bedroom also doubles as a study, with a linked, separate study room benefitting from 2 sofas, one of which is a sofa bed for 2 guests, and a private ensuite with walk-in shower. Leading out from the study area is the private balcony, which is surrounded by lush greenery, offering stunning sea views – perfect for watching the sunrise with your morning coffee. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed and sea views from the bedroom window and the 3rd bedroom is a twin room with 2 single beds, both sharing access to the main family bathroom.

The private pool is off-set and surrounded by trees making it feel private and secluded. There is a fence surrounding the pool area for extra safety making it perfect for families with children, although the fencing can be removed on request if preferred. Guests can top up their tan on one of the sunbeds or take a refreshing dip in the pool to cool off. There is also an outdoor shower for guests to take advantage of.
