Self check-in instructions will be sent on the day of arrival to ensure a smooth and flexible check-in experience.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in the main living spaces and bedrooms. Please switch off AC units when leaving the apartment to help conserve energy.

**Check-in and Check-out**
Check-in is from **15:00 onwards** and check-out is **until 11:00**. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible depending on availability and must be arranged in advance.

**Self Check-in**
The apartment uses a **self check-in system**. Detailed arrival instructions will be shared prior to your arrival.

**Registered Guests Only**
Only guests included in the reservation are allowed to stay overnight at the property. Visitors who are not part of the reservation are not permitted without prior approval.

**Quiet Hours**
Please respect the residential neighborhood and keep noise levels low between **22:00 and 08:00**.

**No Parties or Events**
Parties, gatherings, or events that may disturb neighbors are strictly **not allowed**.

**Smoking**
Smoking is **not allowed inside the apartment**. If smoking outdoors, please dispose of cigarette waste properly.

**Electricity Usage**
Please switch off **air-conditioning, lights, and electrical appliances when leaving the apartment**. Excessive electricity usage beyond the average daily consumption may result in additional charges.

**Keys**
Please take care of the apartment keys. Lost keys may be charged based on the **replacement cost**.
