«We went to relax for weekend and swim. Pool was so cold we couldn't even swim. It was an indoor pool. Beds super uncomfortable. It wasn't the property's fault per say but we were woke up many times due to ppl above us and down the hall there was a very noisy puppy. Not their fault but made the experience worse.»

«We tried two different rooms. The first had stains on the bedspread and debris on the bedspread. The second had stains on the sheets and hairs IN the sheets -- which means it was made after being used, not washed. It was almost 2am, and still I decided to just leave and drive 45 minutes home. The guy at the front desk couldn't give me a refund (despite the rooms being fully refundable) and told me the manager would call me in the morning. I have my fingers crossed, but I'm not holding my breath. ...

«I messaged hotel during business hours indicating I would be checking in late. No reply received. I arrive at hotel and check in desk is closed. There is a phone located next to check in desk for late check ins. I call multiple times and can hear the phone ringing on the other side of the barrier covering front desk. I was there for over 25 min with no worker in sight and no help. I go to the hotel next door to book a different room and ask about WoodSpring. I am told it was a blessing in ...
