Paradise on Sogod Bay, 3 bedrooms/2 Full Baths, Ocean View, Pet- friendly.

This property is located on Sogod Bay just 2 km North of Malitbog, Southern Leyte. It consists of the Main House (See Picture), the Bungalow #1 (see Picture), the Bungalow #2 (see Picture) and the pool (see Picture). This property is gated and surrounded by a perimeter wall, entrance gate is manned and further security matters can be addressed if need be.

The Main House has 2 upstairs bedrooms and a full bathroom, 1 bedroom has the "best" view on the bay (see Picture). It has a spacious balcony that overlooks Sogod Bay. When you wake up the view of the bay and the mountains from your bed are second to none. There is a 50" Smart TV, Wifi, AC and direct access to bath. The other bedroom faces the highway, and it also has a balcony. It as well has AC and Wifi but no TV. There is a Dining Room on the 1st floor with a 6-seat dining table. There is also a downstairs bedroom and bathroom, however, these are not available due to those are the resident Host's facilities.

Bungalow #1 has a fantastic view of Sogod Bay from the queen-sized bed. It has a full bathroom, a balcony and is nicely furnished. Queen-sized mattress, AC, TV, Wifi and small refrigerator.

Bungalow #2 is currently under construction and has a November completion date. It will also have a fantastic view of Sogod Bay, queen bed, full bathroom, AC, TV, Wifi and small refrigerator.

The pool is a salt water-based pool, chlorine tablets are used to keep algae down. The fountains and pump are run daily for 4 to 6 hours, these can be scheduled to run at night along with the lighting that can capture that special evening. Pool maintenance is kept up by host. There are sun loungers and towels available.

The property has a separate kitchen area unit. Fully furnished with sink, 4 top burner stove and a small oven. The host offers meal preparation or an all-inclusive package. Our annual whale shark migration (Nov - April) is the area's biggest draw because of the "undisturbed" laws in effect. Dolphin and turtle migrations occur during this time as well. There are snorkeling and dive tours available which can be arranged by the Hostess.

A word about travel. Over the years we have had many visitors. The biggest mistakes made sometimes result from improper transportation. Examples: 2-hour trip turns into 10 hours. Please be aware this is a provincial site, transportation after 5pm can be very challenging and get expensive. We will be glad to help in anyway, please contact Hostess to pre-arrange.

Internet is fiber optic and can be very fast most of the time, however times between 4 and 10 pm can be trying. Storms and rain can have negative effects as well.

Please be aware that this is our personal residence and will be treated as such.
