The communal rooms and the bedroom showed obvious signs of the times, meaning it was a but run down here and there, but all in all worth it! 20-25 minute walk to the old town.»

«We loved our stay at Peneda ecofarm. It is well located for walks in the National Park and only an hours drive from Porto's airport. There are several natural river pools to swim in with in a 30 minute drive of the accomodation. Which we were directed to by the owners. Our room was modern and fresh with a lovely balcony. «Only thing we regret is that we only started one night here as we on the way from Portugal to Spain! We couldn’t say enough about this historical hotel and can’t wait to expect one day we return for the longer stay. The free breakfast was served on an ancient stone table, hotel also served a wonderful dinner, it was delicious!
