"Really enjoyed our stay! It was in the perfect hotel if you enjoy beautiful rooms, facilities and gorgeous scenery. A big plus was the proximity to the city while maintaing the private resort feeling. Staff was very friendly! We would definitely recommend a stay here.
Only a few areas of improvement: During peak hours/days, service in the restaurant was a little chaotic - simple orders were forgotten (for example, we waited 10 minutes for a spoon) and staff seemed rushed. However, everything was 10/10 again once the weekend crowd disappeared. Pool/beach service was very friendly and helpful, however getting their attention proved to be quite difficult. It would also be nice if rooms were equipped with a full body mirror. These are all small things in our overall impression however, as the hotel made our stay in Kalamata fabulous!"
