SKI EQUIPMENT DRYING RACK Personal storage to keep your ski gear organized & dry
LAUNDRY This unit features an ensuite washer/dryer with laundry pods and dryer sheets for your use.
PARKING You will have access to the driveway with space for up to four (4) small-to-mid-size vehicles, or two (2) large vehicles.
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES - 24/7 Assistance: Our goal is to make sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. We do not live on the property, but you can reach us 24/7 via text if you need us for any reason.
CONSUMABLES Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.
CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.
We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there`s something you need during your stay with us.
This location provides quick access to Panorama`s Silver Platter chair, the 138 mountain trails, and the various shopping & dining options. Whether you`re looking to ski, mountain bike, cross-country ski, or just kick back in the hot pools, Panorama has everything you need to live out your mountain fantasy.
**Please note that access to Panorama Mountain Resort`s village amenities (outdoor pools, hot tubs, saunas, gym, etc.) are NOT included in this rental.
Additionally, two sets of steep, slim staircases are required to access the main living area & the upstairs bedrooms. This may not be the right space for those with mobility issues or young children due to this.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following: * You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions. * You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. * You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
HOUSE RULES: 1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.
2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 9 people.
3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.

5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.
6. Hot tub use should be restricted to 30 minutes and avoided by anyone who may be pregnant. After each use, it is the guest’s responsibility to add 1 cap of boost granules (chlorine granules) into the middle of the hot tub while the jets are turned on for 20 minutes. Please leave the lid open for 45 minutes and remember to close the lid to avoid turning it into a cold plunge! We find that this is best done at the end of the evening as the hot tub should not be used for 3 hours following the chlorine cycle. If you remove the chlorine floater during your use it is the guest’s responsibility to make sure it is placed back in the hot tub after each use. We ask that if you are enjoying a beverage in the tub you only use plastic cups. If the hot tub water is not properly maintained and requires more than 1 site visit for maintenance and/or a full drain and refill, there will be an additional charge of $400.00.
7. For your garbage and recycling, please ensure it is stored inside at all times to avoid attracting wildlife. Prior to departure, please take it to the Panorama Transfer Station on your right-hand side as you are heading back towards Invermere. Please note that there will be a $50 removal fee if garbage is left in the unit, so we recommend bringing it by periodically during your stay to make checkout easier.

The host was wonderful—very responsive and quick to reply to any questions. The cabin was spotless and clearly well cared for, which made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.
Went with a group of friends for a ski trip and this place was perfect. The property had everything we needed. Location for a ski in/out was ideal. Would definitely recommend.

We had a fabulous time at this property. Unique and cozy home that is super close the tbar for easy access to the hill. Property managers were super responsive and friendly.
Wonderful ski in ski out true cabin in the woods. Fully equipped and comfortable for our two families, 9 adults in total. Hot tub is wonderful and the cabin is perfect for warm and cozy games nights by the fire. We have stayed in winter and summer and loved both stays. Not for those with mobility challenges as the stairs are steep and a bit tricky, typical a frame cabin type stairs.
Location could not be beat. Beautiful little spot nestled into some trees. Very peaceful. Host was super easy to communicate with and property was exactly as described. Stairs were very steep up to the top floor bedrooms so we had to be very careful while wearing socks but we had a wonderful visit and would stay there again.
