«Overall, the state was wonderful, clean rooms and very helpful and courteous and kind staff the hotel shuttle that takes you from airport or close by places for free is a plus the shuttle also has various drop off points for a fee. This is truly amazing. There are many small details that make this hotel great in the way they do business with you and treat you. This was our second stay within a two week period will absolutely be staying there again when we are in town.»

«When we arrived we were told that we inadvertently booked our reservation at their sister hotel about another 20 minute drive. Since it was raining and we were on motorcycles they allowed us to stay on the beach, switching our reservations. Perfect location, the rooms were clean, and the bed very comfortable. The best thing about this hotel was the staff, who bent over backwards in order to make sure our stay was as pleasant as possible. Wonderful!!! Will stay again when in town!!!»

«The room was great. The only thing I missed was a refridgerator (think they have them in the big rooms). Good bed, clean fresh bathroom, good wifi, big TV with a lot of channels. Only minor issues: New hotel and AC, but these 1-unit AC's they use in Phil is noisy and without remote, and what's up with the light on the TV in sleep mode? It's like a blue flashlight lighting the room. Must get up and turm TV off manually to get a dark room at night. Location only good if tou are on your way to ...

«Har vært rundt på Filippinene i tre uker og dette hotellet hadde den beste wifi tilgangen.
God service og hyggelige mennesker. Det ble arrangert bryllup, ball og bursdag på hotellet noe som til tider gjorde at det var mye støy i gangene på natten.
De renoverte hotellet, men det merket vi ikke noe særlig til. Supert hotell med tilgang til et lite badeland:)»

«This I will recommend for sure, I originally booked it for only 4 days but ended up extending my stay for a little over a week.

«I was hesitant at first since there was only one review but it didn't disappoint me! :) The place was very convenient and the apartment was spacious for group of 4 adults. All appliances were working even the water heater too. They also provided towels, shampoo/soap and tissues too. Litoy, the caretaker was really helpful and friendly. Thank you! We really enjoyed our stay here. :)»

«The condo I stayed in was SMDC. Fortunately I received a textmessge via the app stating such, because none of the Taxis at the airport knew what S&E Condo was. Once I showed them the text I received they knew exactly where I was headed. Other than the upfront communication everything went well. »

"Who ever decided to build a hotel in Iloilo without a central air conditioning was not very smart. The hotel smells of mold and it's not very clean. The bed was moist like you been on camping in the rain. The hole in the wall a/c did not help at all, it only added a little cold and a whole lot of noise.
The bathroom had mold, was not very clean. The glasses in the bathroom was dirt, the mirror and the shower.
The curtains had black mold as well.
I have pictures of it, but the upload to hotels.com doesn't seem to work.
The manager will probably comment something like:
"Thank you for the review, be sure we will take this up with the staff as this dose not reflect on our standards"
But really they don't giva a.....
Find something else, like Richmond or Radisson.
P. S And the pool was dirty to, the circulation was not even turned on. "
