Room was ok. We had to book last min due to a fire in the duplex attached to the one we were renting for our stay and having to shut off power. Nothing was listed online about some of the balconies being blocked off due to construction.
Arrived and our balcony was blocked.
Remotes to the tvs in the bedrooms didn’t work, Dishwasher not steady & was tippy and pulled out from the cabinet it was once screwed to, handle on sink in kitchen was not attached and fell off, fridge leaked water, only 2 forks in entire the condo, carpet ripped in the hall/living room.
Top it all: Housekeeping came to our room at 10:30pm while we were sleeping. None of us heard the doorbell at first and when I finally did as I was approaching the door they unlocked the door with a code and opened it and almost came in until they saw my husband. They claimed to be looking for a jacket. Housekeeping was not in uniform at this time and was hard to identify if they actually worked for the resort. Called security and they told us to call the front desk in the AM and asked if they got their jacket…. There was no jacket in the room. I then called after hours management explained it and all they said was to follow up in the morning. I had to ask them to give us a new code. My children at this point were scared to sleep with a stranger opening our door. Manager apologized via text and gave us a late check out as an apology.
All in all not the best stay but it got us through the rest of our vacation.
