***The Summit Resort is one of the famous and favorite Resorts in PCB! The Summit Resort holds a special place in the hearts of many, spanning several generations. As one of the first resorts built in PCB, it boasts an extensive range of amenities that newer resorts often lack, including saunas, indoor and outdoors hot tubs, tennis courts, and more. Many guests have been returning to this resort for years, making it their preferred destination.

***Florida has an abundance of naturally appearing wildlife. Florida's warm and humid climate creates a breeding ground for many animals and pest insects: lizards, geckos, ants, palmetto bugs, mosquitoes, and more and occasionally some insects may fly in when a front door or balcony doors are open just like a fly would seeking water or shelter. Although annoying, they provide food for other insects and animals.
***The resort is doing some construction work until the end of January 2026. You might hear occasional noise during the day. Thanks for your patience while the resort makes some upgrades to keep everything looking great! If you decided to stay during this time there would be no refund for construction noises

Everything was great! Communication from host, kitchen was fully stocked, room was clean, they already had smart tvs and connected devices to watch Netflix, and other apps. Only negative thing was the host was going to charge 50 to check in anywhere from 2-3 hours before when the room was already ready. Other host allows you to check in early with no fee if the room is available. My family has stayed in prob over 50 rooms and this was the only one that charged.

Amazing unit

The unit was very nice. The unit was very clean and orderly! The owners were very kind and helpful. The only problem was NOT with the unit or owners. It was with the property itself. The staff at the summit werenā€™t friendly and it was extremely overcrowded. The elevators were very old and at least one of them broke down everyday of our stay. The pool closed at 8p which was very inconvenient. The overall stay in the unit was great. I canā€™t say we would stay at the summit again because of how old the property is and how unfriendly the staff was. I wish the unit we stayed in was at a different property because the unit owner was amazing and the unit itself was very nice!

Great View

Overall the unit was very nice and updated. The building itself isnā€™t what I expected and kind of raggedy. When we pulled up my family wanted to stay somewhere else until they seen the inside of the unit then they were pleased. A little far from all the attractions such as Pier Park etc. Not owners fault they put a lot of work into the unit and it was beautiful and very clean. Owners had very good communication and if sent a message to check in on us. They were great. Would stay here a again.

Spur of the moment winter beach trip

Nice beach front condo exactly as listed. Had everything we needed. Initially we thought the bed was going to be a bit too firm for us but we found it quite comfortable after sleeping on it. Would definitely stay here again.

Winter at the Summit is nice

We spent the month of January at the Summit. Incredible ocean view and sunsets. Well equipped condo. Great hosts! Building is older and had some kitchen water problems, but those were quickly fixed by owner communication to on site maintenance people. Nothing to do with owners, but quite a few area restaurants/activities are closed in January and re-open in Feb or March as more ppl travel. We would stay again based on listing being as advertised.

Great Renovated Condo

One of the very best condos I have stayed in at The Summit since vacationing there for 30 years!!! Great upgrades and the dehumidifier in the condo makes it that much more comfortable. I will definitely be booking with Yuliya again in the future!!!

Everything and More

My fiance and I loved this vacation rental. It had everything we needed and many amenities not listed. Elevators worked great, the pools and beach were incredibly clean. There was absolutely no noise from any neighbors. The room was spotless. I'm prior military and it passed all my obsessive cleanliness tests. The bed was perfect. The shower had all the pressure you could ever need. Check in and communication with the owners was very easy and quick through the VRBO app. Early check in was a blessing. Something I didn't expect was a dehumidifier in the dining/living room, which made it incredibly comfortable. I'm sold on getting one for my own home. We forgot coffee filters, no worries, they were supplied. I will be back.

Wonderful condo

The condo was great. Very nice and clean. We had an issue with the washer and the owner responded quickly and had repair workers there in about 10 mins. The only issue we had was the elevators. Their were 3. Only 1 worked the majority of our stay. When we were trying to check out it took us over 45 mins to get an elevator. All the custodial workers were trying to come when everyone was trying to leave.

Wonderful stay!!!

We have stayed at Summit for more than 25 years, and for the first time, we rented this condo. The owner and her home exceed our expectations! The property was clean, well maintained, newly renovated, and beautifully decorated. The mattress in the bedroom was very comfortable, which was surprising for the rental property! The view from the balcony was outstanding! The communication with the owner was top notch! She answered immediately any questions we had. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality! We already booked this condo for spring break and are looking forward to see you soon!
