    Welcome to Ocean Breezes of The Pinnacle Port. Every room of this 2-story condominium has a view of either the beach or the coastal dune lake, Lake Powell. This warm, inviting space, with direct beachfront access, is great for unwinding and recharging.

    Soak in the sun and keep an eye out for dolphins on the 11th-floor, yoga-friendly balcony. Or finish up some work on the vintage writer's desk. The dining room offers panoramic views of the dune lake and forest at Camp Helen State Park.

    The condo layout is ideal for 1-2 people, but a 3rd person can be accommodated on the sleeper sofa. The primary bedroom, king, is a great spot for sunset watching.

    The Pinnacle Port resort offers swimming pools, tennis courts, beach volleyball, basketball, and more. Camp Helen State Park is adjacent to the property and offers protected natural beaches and the opportunity to rent kayaks or paddle- boards and explore the amazing dune lakes. You can also walk right into the neighboring resort town of Carillon Beach, with beautiful homes, shops, and restaurants.

    Let this charming beachfront condo be your 30A home base, a great location for exploring the beach towns, many of which are known for their architecture, design, and interesting town centers. Other communities share their ‘beachy’ magnificence with gorgeous state parks, coastal dune lakes, and the occasional winding boardwalk, meandering just above a hilly dune.

    Keep exploring! There's a total of 15 dune lakes along 30A. Point Washington State Forest, with 15,000 acres, has miles of walking trails waiting to be discovered. You won’t regret renting a stand-up paddleboard. Crossing a lake to get to the gulf waters is easier than you think.

Lovely visit

We enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean and well equipped. Enjoyed coffee over looking the beach each morning. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Vacation Bliss

Our stay in a Penthouse 25 at Pinnacle Port was just what the doctor ordered. The views were phenomenal. The sound of the water was soothing and the air was refreshing. The unit we chose was clean, comfortable and just our taste level. It was simple, in good taste. The kitchen was well equipped with All Clad pots and pans and they provided every kitchen accessory that we needed. The king size bed was extremely comfortable and pullout sofa upstairs was comfortable, as well. We plan to go back for a week next time because it was so hard to leave. It’s our new home away from home!!

Amazing views

This was an hidden gem for Panama Coty. We will return. Every condo there has ocean views and lake views. It just outside of all the tourist chaos but close enough for a 10 min drive to pier park if you want to venture out. The condo was clean they supplied with beach chairs, tennis rackets, binoculars and a flashlight for night time crabbing on the beach. It was perfect for my son and I.

Fabulous!

Ocean Breezes was simply wonderful! Perfect location for my BFF and I to have a girls' trip. The views are amazing. The condo itself was very clean, beautifully decorated, and well-appointed. It had everything we needed for a great vacation. Both the main bed and sleeper sofa were comfortable. It was always easy and pleasant to communicate with Oversee, the property management company. I enjoyed my stay so much that I am re-booking this same condo for my husband's birthday in a few months. I highly recommend staying at Ocean Breezes!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a rare experience to get a birds eye view of the Golf of Mexico and its coastline. Gorgeous emerald waters, sugar white sands, colorful skies and miles of trees from every window. Soothing to fall asleep to the rhythm of the waves, woke to sunrises that are works of art, checked for dolphins and planned out fun daily activities like hiking a state forest, paddle boarding the lake and visited the darling shops in town. Ended each day with finding shells on a beach-walk as the sun set. This place was clean, comfortable, close to so many things and had everything I needed to provide a blissful, dreamy vacation that I didn’t want to wake up from. Looking forward to coming back again and again. Highly recommend staying at Ocean Breezes.

December 2021 Stay

My wife and I had a fabuous stay at Pinnacle Port. Everything was suburb, from the scenery with beautiful ocean veiws, interesting wildlife, friendly people, moderate prices and we even collected a bag of exqusite seashells to bring home for our childrens' garden we have back home in Detroit. We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend a week of much-needed vacation. And Oversee was right there in a flash to help us in a couple of situations where we needed some help. We were here during Christmas and loved the ambiance. We are already thinking about making plans to come back again next year, God willing.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I wish there had been pictures in the original ad and it had been more clear what the layout was. The stairs between the bedroom and main area was a pain (literally). The furniture was sparce and uncomfortable. The layout resulted in TINY areas. The deck was tiny with uncomfortable furniture. There is very little shopping or good resturants in the area, unless you want a two hour wait over in Rosemary beach. On the bright side, the water was amazingly clear here. The leasing company was incredibly professional and helpful.

The lovely, understated decor was calming and well thought out. The kitchen had every utensil, appliance and All Clad pots and pans. Not your usual amenity. The setting was perfect- on the beach, a big pool, and tennis courts. It was more than we imagined. We can’t wait to go back for a longer vacation soon. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else but “Ocean Breezes”. A winner!!

Very out dated and crowded resort

The condo was much smaller than the listing led to be believed. If you are looking for a very low key, uncrowded area , this is not it! There are more condos then space on the beach. Everyone on the beach were literally stacked in less then a couple feet from each other and stacked 4 and 5 deep from the waters edge.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the gated community and views. Condo was clean. Very dated. Balcony really small (only two chairs would fit) kitchen even smaller. No TV in the bedroom although the bed slept great. Kitchen sink stopped up. No water pressure and hot water took a while to warm up. Loved the location and ease of parking. The rental staff was very helpful.
