Welcome to "Palms and Pines!" You and your family are sure to enjoy the porches galore found in this home! Situated in the perfect location, walkable to the shops and restaurants of both Alys and Rosemary Beach, this beautiful large family friendly beach home sits nestled in the heart of beautiful Seacrest Beach North! While staying at Palms and Pines you are only minutes from the resort style community pool, walking distance to both the shops and restaurants of the Seacrest Beach North Town Center, and only several hundred yards from the Gulf of Mexico, just on the North side of 30A. The community of Seacrest sits just between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach.

As you walk up to the home the first thing to catch your eye will be the large wrap around front porch with seating to enjoy the gorgeous weather! Walking in the front door, you are greeted by an open concept kitchen/family room with plenty of seating for everyone in the group to enjoy! There are 10 seats at the large kitchen table, 4 additional stools at the kitchen counter, the family room has seating galore, and a queen sized sleeper sofa should you need an extra sleeping arrangement! Also located on the first floor are 2 guest bedrooms one queen and one king, both with access to yet another porch off the back of the home which is completely screened in! The bedrooms on the first floor are accompanied by a full bathroom with tub/shower combo and a 1/2 bathroom for your convenience. These first floor bedrooms/baths, are perfect for the members in your party who don't love using the stairs!

As you make your way up to the second level of the home, you will find 2 additional bedrooms. The first room you will see is the bunk room, boasting space to sleep up to 6 kids! There are 2 sets of twin over full bunk beds in this room, as well as a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Also on this level you will find the expansive Master Suite! This lovely large Master Suite comes complete with a King bed, a large jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, and, as if that wasn't enough...there is also access to a small private balcony! You will also find the home's laundry room on this level.

On the 3rd floor of the home you will find a 2nd living area! Complete with a wet bar, mini fridge, a twin daybed with a trundle and a flat screen TV! You will also find yet another outdoor living area on this level...a large covered patio with table and chairs, as well as a few loungers for soaking up those rays!!
