Honest review of apartments clean well organized minimalist, but with ok essentials in the kitchens, paper towels., few cleaning supplies look under sink., everything neat in and order. Large sliding glass window, but the view is of interesting neighborhood) ocean (window in bedroom is to hallway) medium apt-hotel housekeeping fee for partial cleaning option, a fridge/freezer, good a/c., clean ourselves and it was ok. Small bathroom. Only negative the appliances can be challenging. 2nd apt had panoramic view kudos to developers. would help out if the advertised apt could be picked. Noise was acceptable from our 2 locations minimal and part of the charm of the neighborhood, didn’t affect our sleep. Ok Initial impression there was an odor when we first came in, first apt it didn’t go away but got worse. Spoke with building personnel a few times who check us in but nothing happened, (it was carnival timeframe), contacted Casco view and immediately got service, 2 remedies were offered a new room or maintenance we should have moved the sewage gas became unbearable,, they compensated us well and moved us to another apt we appreciated. Building very secured 24 hour security. Area is rough but Not offensive. Santa Ana park nearby nice area to hangout, Casco Viejo very close. Enjoyed 28 days. The staff All very cordial and welcoming., we should have been immediately taken the room. Next door, instead of the maintenance that didn’t work , 10/10 if not for the gas fumes
