**The Lagoon Pool will be resurfaced. This project will take approximately 4 weeks. Start date on this process is Monday, Oct 27th, 2025. The pool deck will be closed during this time as well due to the safety hazards during this project. We anticipate opening the complex on Monday, November 24th, 2025. During this time, our Neighbors at the Village of South Walton will be allowing the use of our wristbands at their pool complex. **

Snowbird Season runs January thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!

*Parking passes will be provided equal to the number of bedrooms in the home. Not all parking spots are located directly by the home. Additional passes may be purchased for $50 each. Wristbands are required for use of the Seacrest Beach amenities and are limited to the maximum occupancy of the home.*

Daze Gone Bye is a spacious 1600sqft, 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home located in the Seacrest Beach Community, just off Hwy 30A. Only 350 yards to beach access and within walking distance of Rosemary Beach, this fabulous home offers 10' ceilings, hardwood flooring, a bright white kitchen with granite counter tops, and upgraded hardware throughout. With a queen bed in each of the four bedrooms, this lovely Seacrest home sleeps 8 guests comfortably. There is a spiral staircase leading to the 3rd floor loft bedroom which features a private balcony with Gulf views! Chase the sunset from one of the 2nd or 3rd floor balconies, take a dip in the huge community pool or ride the bikes to the beautiful sugar white sands. Enjoy walking and biking everywhere around Rosemary, Seacrest, and Alys. Don't miss the newly opened 30Avenue for even more dining and shopping options. 30Avenue is just north of Rosemary across Hwy 98, near both Shades Sports Bar and The Donut Hole.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Grouper Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 970 feet out from the Inlet Beach access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Grouper Reef is at a depth of 12-21 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Weekend Refresh

Beautiful for a getaway. Everything is within walking distance and a car isn’t really necessary. The beach is beautiful and just a short walk. We rented chairs for a few days, which I would do in advance next time! We really enjoyed our stay .

Location to walk to the beach is perfect. No need to use the provided transport, unless you have large coolers or heavy items. Property is as described. The only limitation is the lack of provided toilet paper.

Great Location for Girl's Trip

We chose this property because of its fantastic location and our ability to book three nights (vs. seven) for a weekend girl’s trip which is difficult to find during the summer months. While the house is older and could use a little maintenance, we found it very comfortable and well amenitized. We enjoyed the large dining table for dinner and games and also enjoyed sitting on the upper deck (note that there are no water views as indicated in the description). The location allowed us to walk to great restaurants, wonderful shopping, and the beach. We also enjoyed the amazing Seacrest pool and the bikes that were included with the property. I reached out to property management with a couple of questions and they responded promptly. My only complaint is that the third level bedroom is VERY hot. There are lots of skylights and windows in the room which made the space too hot for this time of year (it would be wonderful during the cooler months). I would suggested that management consider adding a wall AC unit or tinting the windows to help with that issue. We had to purchase an additional fan so that we could use the space since we had 8 people in our party and needed that bedroom. Overall, I would recommend the property for the great location and amenities.

We had no ice until the last day and there are absolutely no ocean views from any angle of this home. You can stay at far nicer places not very far from this location for comparable pricing.

Property itself terrific but...

Loved the house, well appointed and as described. Super close to beach. But....was disappointed in the community itself. Had kids, loaded the wagon with all the beach toys, got to the beach access gate and a surly/rude security guard shook his head "no" and said no wagons, so...back to the house. Went to pool with a small inflatable football for boys to toss...nope, only inflatible beach balls allowed. Next day, boys biked to beach access--couldn't bring those in. The last day blew up a giant raft for kids to play on in ocean. NEW security guard was even more rude then the last...NO rafts in the ocean? Pointed to the sign post and said, we can't list all the restrictions, so this one falls under the "etc." category. Was shocked he was even more rude than the first guard. We go to the beach (and paid a premiuim) to relax. Love 30A, would not stay at Seacrest again.

Seacrest Beach Vacay

Overall, the property & location were amazing. A few details that could be improved: 1. There are no extra linens for any of the 4 beds. So if you plan on washing linens be sure you have time to dry them before bed or bring extras. 2. All the beds are queens which I didn’t think would be an issue but having a king bed would’ve been nicer when the little one wants to try to climb in your bed at night! 3. The cafe lights outside didn’t work. 4. The master on the 3rd floor is surrounded by roof top windows. Again in theory they’re beautiful but that room is insanely hot during the day as the property manager asks not to turn the air above 70. Luckily, at night time it is a non-issue with the fan going the room stays cool enough to sleep. 5. Having bikes available is definitely a plus. Be sure to bring bikes for your little ones. Again, we loved the property and location couldn’t have been better. We hope to be back one day soon!

Cute house great location

We had a “workaction” for 4 couples for the week. Though the house was a bit cramped for that many people and the upstairs loft area wasn’t ideal since it didn’t have a door, we were able to manage. The porch was a nice additional area to work from during the day though there’s a lot of activity going on in the street. But good amenities, very clean, accurate descriptions, and a great location. We would do it again and rent this house.

Nice Home

Overall this property was lovely. 4 bikes were included which was nice. They company that managed the rental was very easy to work with and provided excellent communication. The only thing is that the 3rd floor bedroom would tend to be warm, some extra box fans up there would have helped that situation. Overall the property is nice.

Friends trip

House was overall great. Loved the Seacrest community, good access to pool and beach. We did have to request more pillows, as only one per person was provided originally on the beds. We are also disappointed because the listing indicates 4 full baths but there are only 3 full with a 4th half bath and outdoor shower. Be prepared to order household items like trash bags and toilet paper, that you might not normally think about needing to provide yourself. Would recommend a rental car and bikes, as ride share was not readily available.

Beautiful home but the beds were uncomfortable

We had a girls trip and stayed in Daze gone by for 4 nights. The place was clean and the property manager was easy to communicate with. They answered our concerns immediately. The only bad thing was the uncomfortable beds. 6 out of our group of 8 had back pain from the beds. All of us are young (ages 26-34) and don’t have back pains on a regular basis. However, I highly recommend this property.

January Stay

First time we booked a VRBO in this area. The property was very clean and exactly as the listing described. After the 2nd day at the property, we extended our 5 day trip to 7 days. Beds were very comfortable, internet was stable, cable included all channels that we wanted. Kitchen was perfect for our needs. The outdoor seating areas were really nice with a fireplace in one of the outdoor areas. Walk to the beach with 2 small children was easy (< 5 min walk with a 4 and 7 year old). Only negative was the speeding ticket I received driving home through Alabama. Don't speed in Alabama. Looking forward to staying here again

End of summer trip with 4 couples.

Great location. We loved the house but ran a little short on toilet paper. Also, it would have been good to have a regular coffee maker. Beds and linens were great!

Great Location on 30A!

Overall experience was fantastic! The housekeepers were still cleaning when we arrived at check in time, which was fine...but they did a poor job cleaning. The dust on the fans was impressive! Otherwise, the house is darling and very comfortable. The location and property management were fantastic and we would rent again!
