Come and enjoy this great East End PCB condo at Watercrest Resort with an unbelievable 750 square foot wrap-a-round balcony where you are only steps away from one of the world's most famous beaches. This condo is 1440 square feet with a very open floor plan and all the luxuries of home plus an unending view of the Gulf of Mexico! This condo is very unique as the entire living space is banked with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors and windows so you feel like you are standing on the beach. Upon entering the condo your breath will be taken away by the view! The VERY large balcony can accommodate the entire group whether dining, relaxing, or watching the amazing sunrise! The living/dining room area features a large TV, a queen murphy bed tv stand with a thick 5" memory foam mattress, new recliner sofa, and a large table that can be expanded to seat up to 6 guests. This unit has just undergone a COMPLETE remodel. The kitchen is fully stocked and now has absolutely stunning smokey grey quartz counter tops with a waterfall edge, new white shaker cabinets, brand new stainless steel appliances, and even a beverage cooler. The master bedroom suite has a king size bed with a TV and a spectacular view of the ocean for your enjoyment. As soon as you open your eyes in the morning you will see beautiful sugar sand beach! The second bedroom has two queen size beds, TV, and it's own private balcony! This a a very unique feature and makes the second bedroom feel like a second master. Bathrooms also tastefully remodeled with matching smokey gray quartz vanities. Large secondary bath has double sinks with a shower tub combo and the master has a beautifully tiled walk in shower. You are going to LOVE it! This unit sleeps eight comfortably.

Watercrest just completed a 4.5 million dollar renovation and you will not find a cleaner more well kept property. There is 24/7 security personnel walking the parking lot and all 18 floors. Watercrest is on the East end of the beach and we do not have the traffic congestion that other areas of the beach experience so your vacation can be stress free. The pool deck is immaculately maintained and the pool side furniture is brand new. There is a snack bar poolside which serves your favorite cocktails and food. Set up at the pool area and spend the day going back and forth from pool to the beach. Watercrest has a very nice exercise room, shuffleboard court, tennis court, indoor racket ball or pickle ball court not to mention all the water activities available on the beach.
At the East end of the beach you have the waterfront headquarters that is home to legendary fishing fleets, pontoon boats, kayaks, jet skis, dive boats, and Florida's most visited state park not to mention the best golf courses in NW Florida, and a beautiful uninhabited island. You can also go tubing or parasailing, diving and snorkeling. Or play a round of miniature golf with the family before you ride the go-carts. It's all right here and much more. The marina is only a couple miles away where you can charter a deep sea fishing trip, Sunset Cruise, Pirate Cruise, or Shell Island Cruise, Dolphin Watching Excursion, or rent a pontoon boat and do your own exploring! There are several wonderful dining options at the Marina where you can watch the sunset as the boats come into dock. Pier Park is a 10 minute drive away and is a shopping, dining, and entertainment mecca. You can also go pier fishing and catch a free concert on the lawn. Dave and Buster's is at Pier Park and a large movie cinema among many other entertainment choices such as amusement rides, mazes, and laser tag. Panama City has ZooWorld, Shipwreck Island Water Park, Gulf World Marine Park, Wonderworks, Ripley's Believe It or Not...just to mention a few. For a wonderful day trip, St. Andrews State Park is located on the Gulf and is a perfect day trip about five minutes away by car. There are several entertainment establishments that feature Go Carts, Bumper Boats, Arcades, and Miniature Golf. We recommend you Google these establishments for detailed information on the sites that specifically interest you and your family.

Book it, you won’t regret it!

Absolutely beautiful inside and out! We had an amazing stay at Watercrest 1001 over the Thanksgiving holiday. The beds and living room furniture were super comfy and the unit was very clean. The kitchen is stocked well enough for us to cook a small Thanksgiving meal. Host was very responsive when weather delayed our arrival. My family agreed this was the best rental we’ve ever stayed in. If we return to PCB, we will definitely stay here again.

Amazing place and views

We were looking for a place on the beach for our family of four. This condo on the 10th floor was perfect. The balcony was amazing. You can watch the sun rise and the sunset from the balcony. The condo is not in the busy part of town either so that was nice but you also couldn’t walk to any restaurants. The hot tub and pool had a resort feel to it. We will be back. October was a perfect time to visit PCB!

Beautiful condo with amazing views!

Just got back from a week at the beach in this lovely condo with amazing views! Condo was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Balcony is huge with amazing views of the beach and Gulf. Spent lots of time on that balcony!

Nice view and easy beach access.

Nice condo and fairly comfortable. Met our expectations and needs. The king size bed had a soft mattress, much softer than my husband and I are use too but we both sleep well. Easy access to the beach and we enjoyed the beach lounge service. It rained a few days during our visit but we enjoyed playing board games (that we brought) around the dinning room table. Appliances worked well but the washing machine was rather loud. Linens are provided but some are rather worn. Overall a pleasant stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Our unit was on the end and the balcony wrapped around. It’s the best place I’ve ever stayed in PCB, FL. The views are incredible and breathtaking! The unit itself is in great shape, clean, nice furniture, and located close to everything. Highly recommend staying here.

This is a GREAT place!

We were traveling with our teenage son & his younger twin sisters. At first, I was nervous that having the 3 of them sleep in the same room would be an issue, but because there were 2 Queen beds in the guest room, NO ISSUES! They got along great! Our family of 5 had space to spread out when we needed to, whether we enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck, or wound down our evening by watching a show in our room. But there was also great space to all be together - we had friends over one evening to play card games and it was a blast! This is a great location - close to grocery stores to stock up on provisions and close to lots of restaurants and activities - and so close to the pool and the beach so you don't have to lug your stuff too far. Something that I particularly liked was that they provided plenty of towels and washcloths - I have stayed in some rentals that barely provide you enough! They also provided extras like dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, extra garbage bags, etc. Little things that I often bring anyway, but sometimes forget. We would definitely come back!

great stay!

I fell in love with the pics of this view...the pics do not do it justice! Loved drinking my morning coffee looking at the view. The deck was so big. Check in seamless and place very clean. All you needed for cooking was available. We would definitely stay again! Also, neighbors very friendly! Thank you for a wonderful stay...sorry it took so long to review!!

Condo is in need of a face lift in the kitchen and bathrooms. Washing machine and dryer need replaced or fixed. We are very itchy. Don’t know what from. Looked for bed bugs but didn’t see any. Have bites.

Awesome Condo and excellent communication with owners!

We will definitely stay again, love the views. Took us two days to figure out where the bed was, it was a hideaway. Once we found it we did have to go buy our own sheets , but we were fine with it.

Excellent Experience

The condo looked exactly the way as it did in photos. It was perfect. Every time we go to PCB, we will stay at this condo. There was an Odor came from one of the bathroom sinks, (my husband called it the pea trap?) but nothing that kept us from enjoying our stay!

Love the location

Location was great, away from the busiest areas. Condo was nice and clean. Managers were easy to contact and work with. A couple negatives: the King bed in the master has definitely seen better days. The condo, being on the North end of the building, and set back from the front, loses a view of the sunset. The view it has is very nice, just no sunsets. Lastly, an upgrade in the TP provided would be nice, or a notice to bring some. the 1ply (if that) TP provided was not an example of the otherwise great property. enjoyed overall experience!

We loved it!

We loved the roomy living space and large balcony area that overlooked the beach and the city. We could view the sunrise over the city from the balcony, and the sunsets over the ocean were able to be seen on the beach! The quiet hours were nice so we were able to truly rest. The furniture was comfy including the beds and pillows. Travel tips: the early bird definitely gets the worm here or a prime location on the beachfront as the case may be. If you want to have a place in front of the ocean for the day for your tent, chairs, etc., plan to be up at 5:30 to set your things out. And if you want to go for a run, there are sidewalks going both directions.
