This well-equipped vacation retreat is designed to provide a truly relaxing and luxurious experience, with high-end amenities throughout, including a Sonos sound system, flat-screen TVs, curated art pieces for an upscale atmosphere, and a fully stocked gourmet kitchen with premium appliances. Amazing vacation

This property was fantastic! I highly recommend choosing this house! My family went to celebrate my daughter’s 13th birthday. There were 6 of us and there was plenty of space! The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and well equipped with everything we needed! It was so close to the beach and not crowded at all! The management was easy to communicate with and answered all our questions! The location is perfect, close to everything in Rosemary and Alys. We can’t wait to go back! We only wished we had booked for a longer stay!

Great location, comfortable home

We went on vacation with my son (15) and his friends. The house is a great set up for kids to sleep on the first floor with two bedrooms and bunk beds in the hall. The main floor is wonderful to cook and to relax with a peaceful deck and to enjoy the outdoor fireplace while listening to the ocean. The Master bedroom is comfortable and quiet, up on the top floor. The house has great cooking pans and appliances. There are a lot of stairs but the house has very comfortable furniture and it is beautifully decorated. It was very clean when we arrived. The 5pm check in time is late, with a 10am departure, (a $50 fee if you check out 15 min late). The house is 2 miles away to a Publix grocery store, super convenient. It is a walkable location to the town square for dinner and shopping and the beach is 100 meters away. They have beach toys, boogie boards and chairs, which was great to enjoy. Bring your own beach towels. The property manager was very challenging to get a hold of in any form while there and following. For a high end property, their lack of service is unacceptable. I paid $900 on a service fee and an additional $800 for a host fee, in addition to the nightly rate but didn’t get much service. We had no Wi-Fi for three days and tv went out. I was told it would get fixed but they had 3 people managing 100 properties and then they stopped responding. They aren’t accessible after 5pm. We resolved the Wifi ourselves after getting a new modem, it should work for future guests. I am told the owner is holding up resolution and have not heard how or if they expect to compensate us for the problem. We didn’t have a trash can for recycling either, which clearly wasn’t going to get resolved. Overall, I loved our stay but lost a day to Wi-Fi diagnostics. It’s a beautiful house with a lovely town close by but a frustrating property manager and I’m told a non responsive owner to rectify the problem.

Great Location

The house was clean and beds very comfortable. Great location as a short walk to the beach and to rosemary - or you can use the bikes. The upstairs masters shows a view of the ocean which is now blocked by new housing. However, we still very much enjoyed our stay.

A+++ Neighborhood and SO close to the sand

We come to 30A every year and this is the first home that we'd like to stay in again. The kitchen is truly gourmet and included things that are rare like good knives, high quality pans/bakeware and more serving pieces than we could have possibly used. There's useful seating at the counter and enough table space to seat our large group all together. On that floor is the main living area but the adjacent porch is so useable that it's a second living area in itself. The master bedroom on that level is large with a very large closet and bathroom. All the bedrooms are wonderful actually: comfy beds, luxe linens, plenty of space. The only things of note were: the bunk beds (though cute and comfy) are truly in a busy hallway and not a realistic place for anyone older than 8 years old to sleep. Additionally we found the internet to be very slow. Albeit, it's the beach and screens are the last place to spend time but we had a rainy day and wanted to watch movies at night and it seemed to lag when more than a couple of devices were online. Finally, as others have said the hot water runs out very very quickly. Shockingly quickly. These aren't reasons to look elsewhere; my goodness this house is amazing. Just things to be aware of (especially for those that may need internet for work-related reasons.) The thing I can't stress enough is how CLOSE the sand is. Many houses profess to be only a few steps to the beach but that's code for the entrance to a very long boardwalk/stairs/etc. Not this home. The pool is closer than our pool is at our own home and the beach gate is maybe 50 steps beyond that. If you want chairs/umbrellas you'll be required to rend through Laid Back who are lovely to work with. Our entire stay was a joy and I wouldn't have any pause sending close friends and family to this house or this neighborhood. Hopefully we'll be back soon!

Spring Stay

We’re regular visitors to 30a multiple times a year and this was by far our favorite house we’ve ever stayed at. Zero complaints. Great walking distance to pool and beach and biking distance to all the shops and restaurants. We loved everything about it and will be rebooking.

Great Family vacation house

We loved our week here! The house was spacious and very comfortable. The location to the beach is easy for all. The kids loved the pool and bunk beds. We had all we needed for cooking and the porches were an added living space. The only problem we had was consistent hot water.

Beautiful home!

The home was gorgeous! Beautifully decorated and had a great open kitchen and sitting room. The kitchen had all the things you would need for a large group staying there. Very close to the beach as well.

Awesome kitchen!

This property was wonderful! We have stayed a few doors down many times, but this is our new favorite. Proximity to the beach and to the pool are key for us and this delivered! Plus, if you like to cook at home, the kitchen and how it was stocked for a chef was perfect.

Beautiful property and great location!

We had a wonderful time during our stay at Weekend Stroll. It was a short walk to the beach and a 5-10 minute walk into town. The house is beautifully decorated and the kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook a meal. The disposal didn’t work very well, but that would be our only complaint. We loved sitting on the patio and there was plenty of seating for a party of 10. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here in the future!
