Updated condo on the beach right up from "Pier Park" Aqua unit#1901

Please read the full description of this condo. We also have another unit in Aqua "Unit 1202" that is a 3-3 and it could be better for your stay depending on your needs.

Located in Panama City Beach 19th floor, UNIT 1901 in Aqua resort With 3 bedrooms including 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 5 twin bunk beds. This unit is best suited for a large family with 2-4 adults or teenagers, and up to 5 children. This unit sleeps 9 total, but please note that 5 of the beds are twin-bunk beds. We have upgraded the mattress' to accommodate adults, but the beds are best suited for children-teenagers.
All three bedrooms have a deck, but only one bedroom has a beach view, and it has a king bed. The other two bedrooms have nice balconies, but they overlook Front Beach Road.
The second bedroom with the queen has a dedicated bathroom. The bedroom with the king bed also has a dedicated bathroom, and is considered the primary bedroom.
A few guests have asked us what we would think is fair for 4 adults splitting the cost of this condo 1901. Two adults would get the king with a beach view, and the other two adults would get a queen without a beach view. Our best guess is 60%-40% with the couple getting the king paying 60%.
Stay connected with WiFi and enjoy the convenience of a washing machine-Dryer, and completely stocked kitchen for cooking. We have a combo coffee machine that has a pot, and single serve options.
please note that we do not have beach service chairs, but we do try to keep 4 chairs in the condo for our guests to use.
Please leave all wristbands in the condo upon your departure for our next guest.

Our family absolutely loved this condo! The kitchen was extremely well stocked with extras and had everything we needed to make meals for the week. Everyone slept so well in the comfy beds.

Incredible Condo

The Condo was everything you could ask for and more. The views were amazing and everything is updated and beautifully decorated. Many things we didn't expect to be supplied, were supplied, and appreciated! We had an issue with the washer but the owners were VERY responsive and helpful. They were in constant contact to make sure things were ok. I would recommend this condo and these owners to anyone. They were great and we really enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely Amazing!

If I could give the owners a 100 I would . Scott checked in with me to say hi and gave a lot of helpful information before our check in and had continuous communication. I truly appreciated how helpful he was ! Now the property.. stunning from the inside to the views ! The condo had everything we needed and more !! We will definitely be returning !

Amazing

This condo was impeccable and the pictures don’t capture how amazing it is. The views from the balcony are wonderful. There was no shortage of household supplies and the extra amenities provided were beyond helpful. The host was the best; it’d be difficult to find one better. The price was very affordable and we are beyond thankful for such a great place to stay with our family. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful condo and attention to detail much appreciated!

Our family stayed here for my son's senior trip and we loved it. The condo was perfect for teens to stay in the bunk bed room and spacious for the group. The boys loved having their own balcony in the front off the bunk room. I've stayed in the Aqua many times before and it's one of my favorite locations, but the owners of this condo really provided a lot of detail that other stays have not had. They had extra blankets and pillows, dishwasher and laundry supplies, shower soaps, coffee filters and supplies, extra toilet paper, etc. The kitchen is stocked with great supplies. They had a few nice beach chairs to use and checked in often to make sure all was going well. It was a very cozy, relaxing stay and I would go back to the same place next time if it's available!

Panama City Beach Vacation

We recently stayed at this condo in Panama City Beach and had a great experience. The condo was very clean, nicely decorated, and equipped with everything needed for a stay at the beach. It is easy walking distance to Pier Park, with its restaurants and shops. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. The host was very responsive and helpful, making check-in and our stay smooth and comfortable. We also appreciated the extra touches like the beach chairs and nets for shell hunting. Overall, we had a wonderful time and highly recommend this condo for a relaxing beach vacation. We're looking forward to coming back!

Amazing condo and great hosts

After searching through many listings, I came across this beautiful condo at Aqua. The pictures don’t do it justice. It has a cozy beach house vibe with the added benefit of a 19th floor gulf view. Scott was very responsive to my questions, even on a Sunday night. The condo was well-stocked and the convenient location allowed us to park our car and not get back in it for the week. The bed is comfortable and we enjoyed having our morning coffee on the balcony. We also made good use of the beach chairs and umbrella provided, as we had the good fortune of having perfect weather and water conditions all week! We are already dreaming about our next visit, with the family this time. Thank you, Scott and Beth!

BREATHTAKING views/clean/comfy/ PERFECT!!

Our family stayed here for Labor Day weekend. Upon arriving, the views are breathtaking! Condo is more beautiful than the pictures. The rooms are beautifully decorated, super clean, very spacious! Had all the right commodities plus more! We cooked dinners, had margaritas, movie nights etc, this condo has it all! We’ve stayed at many condos before, but this one is our favorite , everything was perfect! Communication with the hosts was super helpful & they are very kind!! Needless to say, if you have a big family & want to stay at a Clean, beautiful, & comfy condo, this is it!! Our family will definitely be coming back!

Comfortable condo with stunning views and excellent hosts

We’ve been to PCB many times and this was an exceptional stay. Aqua is one of our favorite places. Their pools are beautiful, beach access is easy and the elevators and parking are not an issue. It’s big enough to have nice amenities, but not so big that it’s cumbersome to get around. This particular condo had stunning views from the living area, master bedroom, and balcony. You can enjoy being at the ocean even from the comfort of your condo. It was nicely remodeled, well stocked with everything we needed, and had many nice little touches. The five bunk beds were perfect for our large group and their was plenty of living space and seating for meals. Scott and his wife were truly amazing hosts. They made sure our check in was effortless and that we had everything we needed mid stay. They happened to be there during our stay and even helped our friends with their groceries. I would recommend not just this unit, but any of their properties.
