This beautiful, updated Gulf front condo offers a cozy home away from home with breathtaking views of the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Starting 8/18 until mid October 2025, the resort will be doing stucco work on all balconies, elevator modernization (2 elevators will be shut down while the others are up and running) until 5/18/2026, and during the early and late fall they will be working on the garage, which will have some noise and some partial closing of the garage area.
Balconies will be closed in the 08 stacks from 9/9-9/30 during weekdays from 9 am to 5 pm. Guests will not have access to the balcony during these hours.
The East pool will be closed 10/13-10/31 West pool will be open for guests to use during this time.
