Denne veldig fin, to soverom / to bad condominium har vegg til vegg, gulv til tak oceanfront utsikt fra alle rom med nye møbler og sengetøy. Den romslige planløsning er ideell for familien som ikke ønsker å føle overfylt, mens den private flislagt balkong kan du se den spektakulære Florida solnedganger eller se delfiner leke i havet! Det er en king-size seng på soverommet, og to queen size-senger i det andre soverommet med nye overmadrass, sammen med en queen-size sovesofa i stuen, og oppgraderte skap og nye fliser over! Det er flatskjerm-TV i begge soverom, samt en 47 tommers flatskjerm-TV med DVD / VCR i stua. Nytt stort spisebord med plass til 8 med 3 avføring i frokostbaren. Det er en ny flislagt tur i spa-dusj i master bad og gjesten bad har den store marmor hage badekar med dusj. Kjøkkenet er fullt utstyrt med oppgradert skap, en Dat, alle hvitevarer og kjøkkenutstyr.

Med den praktiske beliggenheten til Long Beach Resort, er du i nærheten av alt som flotte restauranter, shopping, putt putt, fornøyelsesparker, og det er enda en Super Wal-Mart over gaten i tilfelle du glemmer noe! Vi har også et stort lagunebasseng (6800 kvadratfot) med øyer og fossefall, tre boblebad spa, to polynesiske bassenger (sesong oppvarmet), på stedet bar og grill (sesongåpent), vakkert anlagt grunnlag, 1300 fot av vakre hvite sandstrender , på stedet jet ski / paraply stol utleie samt 24-timers gated sikkerhet med rikelig med parkeringsplasser. Dette er et røykfritt, NO PETS enhet. Leietaker må være minst 25 år og okkupere enhet for hele leieperioden.

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Amazing condo

We had such a great experience for our first time at Panama City Beach! The condo was beautiful, spacious, clean, beachfront, perfect for our family of 7. The balcony was the nicest I’ve ever had with access from the living room area and both bedrooms. Perfect location, close proximity to many things and having Walmart across the road was a plus! Of course the beach was beautiful, easy access and an added plus having the 2 beach chairs/umbrella included in the stay. Pools were very nice. Kim’s condo is definitely 5 stars and we will be staying there again in the future. Efficient, quick response to emails/communication. Thank you for making our trip very memorable!

Spring Break 2024

The condo was exactly as it was listed. I loved the view from the balcony, the balcony furniture was comfy, the master bath with the two shower heads hit the spot. All of the beds in the unit were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. The only things I would recommend is updating the bedroom tv's to smart tv's and lowering the metal plate heading in/out to the patio from the living room. If you don't play attention you may trip and fall. Oh, we did change out two tile pieces in each of the bathrooms because they had water damage. Great stay I would stay again!

Our FAVORITE place to stay!

We have 4 children and then my husband and I. We come to PCB a few times a year and this was our second trip for the year. I didn’t even hesitate to reserve the same VRBO! It’s paradise, and everything is PERFECT! Property owners are wonderful! Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay! We will not be staying anywhere else but here, it’s HOME! ❤️

Wonderful, feels like HOME!

Our 1st stay for the year in PCB & so thankful we booked this VRBO! It doesn’t get any better than this. Very clean and neat, & gorgeous! You have the beach on one side, and if you need to run to Walmart for anything-it’s right behind you! Property owners are absolutely wonderful! We will be staying here every time we return to PCB!

Beautiful view and great accommodations!

The well-decorated condo with new leather furniture, a big dining table, beautiful wall hangings, and an incredible view made our visit restful and comfortable. Our family enjoyed spending time because of the nice furniture on the balcony. We cooked several meals in the condo and found all the necessary pots, pans, and utensils. Kim's Condos were highly professional at all steps, from the reservation to the messages before our arrival, and we even received a call the afternoon we were arriving. They wanted us to be aware of an issue that occurred during the previous guest's stay regarding the dryer, and the next day a new set (both washer and dryer) was delivered. I would definitely stay in this condo again and use Kim's Condos for future stays in this area.

Family vacay

The condo was very clean! Location wonderful! Walmart just across the street. Very roomy. Very clean and up to date! Beds were very comfortable! Plenty of room for everyone to sit on the balcony. We had a wonderful time!! We will stay again!!

We arrived and found the place had not been adequately cleaned. The balcony was disgusting! An ash tray was left full of cigarettes (gross), the furniture was dirty, and the floors filthy. There weren't any towels left for us to shoeer with and noted that a ceiling tile in one of the bathrooms was caving in. We notified the property management company which came out to address the towels and the ceiling tile as there was a leak somewhere, but we were most disheartened to hear that it was the property owners who had left it so dirty. The kitchen was also lacking in not having enough sized of pots and pans and other things have seen their day (need replacing) as we like to cook dinner at nights to be able to stay in the beach longer. We love long beach and will return, we just will not return to this particular unit.

Well needed vacation from the snowy weather in Wisconsin

The four of us had a great time at the condo and on the beach. The condo was spacious and allowed for both gathering and privacy. Grocery stores and a few restaurants were nearby. Other restaurants and amusements were found all along Front Beach Road and were easy to get to. Extremely quiet during the week that we visited (Late April). An especially nice perk was the two chairs and umbrella that were included in the rental and reserved for us each day at the beach. There were a few minor maintenance issues that we informed Kim's Condos about needing to be addressed after we left, and they were responsive and promised to look into them after our visit. Nothing that really impacted our overall stay, and we would not hesitate to return in the future.

Friends Trip 2021

Our stay started off with a late check in due to the cleaning service not done . Then after we got in we realized we had no towels . I contacted Kim’s condos and we got some about 5 hrs later . I think the condo could really use a good cleaning . But over all it did the purpose of a weeks stay .

Nice get away

This condo was so nice and spacious. My husband & I went with my 2 elderly parents. There was plenty of room to get around (not cramped bumping into things). Beautiful large balcony facing the water. Had a well stocked kitchen. only a couple minor things - the vents did not close. We liked to keep it cooler than my parents did and they couldn't close the vents in their bedroom. Our bed (king one) was ok, might need to be updated. It was so noisy - no matter where you sat on it it was noisy. Now not sure if it was the mattress or the frame. Also on the king bed the fitted sheet was so stretched out it did not stay on the mattress. Could use to replace a couple ceiling tiles in both bathrooms. Now all that said, I would definitely stay there again and recommend this property.

Just what we had hoped for!!

This unit was exactly what it had indicated online. We were extremely pleased and will definitely book again! The only reason I gave it 4.5 instead of 5 stars was because the master bedroom mattress was not comfortable at all. However, the 2 Queen mattresses in the guest bedroom were very comfortable. My husband & I took turns sleeping in the guest room. lol

Great condo but it was not clean!

We arrived and the condo looks just like the pictures. However on looking around it was visibly dirty. The kitchen sink had sand and dirt in it. The counters had not been wiped off. The floors are tile and there was dirt and pet hair, it had not been swept or vacuumed in a while. The toilets were dirty and there were footprints in the nice double shower. The vertical blinds didn't work in the living room. The balcony was dirty with cigarette ashes, sand and food. The dryer was dirty and the towels in the cabinet were very damp. We had to rewash all the towels. We had to clean the condo immediately. I called the manager who assured me it had been cleaned. I told her of all the issues and she offered to send someone to clean it the next day. She said that the balcony was not considered part of the condo and it did not get cleaned. I told her we had already cleaned everything, after reiterating how bad it was she offered to refund our cleaning fee. We did get a refund of the cleaning fee the next day. We did see several small roaches in the guest bedroom and the kitchen. There were no batteries in the remotes in the bedrooms. The view from the balcony was gorgeous! We called in advance to ask if everything was ok after the hurricane and were not told that the pools were still closed and full of debris. The boardwalk from our building to the beach was damaged and closed. It is a shame the condo is not better maintained, it is well furnished and has some great features.

Great views and a great location!

You can’t beat the views from the balcony! The condo was very comfortable and clean. It had everything you needed. The location to the elevator, pool and beach was excellent! I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Condo with everything you need!

This unit is wonderful. It had everything needed for a wonderful stay. Even with the construction going on out front it was easy to get in or out of the resort. The upgraded patio furniture was wonderful. The beds were comfortable but the pillows felt a little worn. Bath rooms were great and the kitchen was well stocked with everything in working order. We enjoyed our stay very much and will probably look for this unit again next time we visit PCB.
