This condo is great for families or a group of friends with1 king bed, 1 twin over twin bunk and a sleeper sofa, with TWO bathrooms. The kitchen comes equipped with all your basic cooking needs, there is also in unit laundry.

Location -, you will be a half a mile from the City Pier and Pier Park, which is home to stores, restaurants, bars, arcades, movie theaters, and more! Also within a few minutes' drive is Sharkys Beach Front Restaurant, Shipwreck Island Waterpark. Mini Golf and Go Carts.

Good Things to Note

Parking passes: Pay your registration fee (a one-time fee of $50), obtain your parking pass, and collect your wristbands. For additional parking (max of 2 vehicles per unit), an additional pass must be purchased (another $50).

This rental is located on the 12th Floor.
There is a flat path to the front door.

Sterling Breeze has a 25 years of age or older age requirements for the property.
*We strictly enforce our age requirement. Failure to comply with these rules will result in eviction without refund. During the month of March, a management team member will conduct an on‑site visit to ensure the property is being maintained in accordance with our standards and age requirements. 

PARKING
$50 Resort Pass is required per/vehicle. The Resort Pass includes parking, pool bands, a gym, and access
to all the facilities during your stay.

Follow instructions to register all vehicles, pay and print, or reprint the Resort Pass(es)
per vehicle.
Bring printed Resort Pass(es) with you on arrival to display printed Resort Pass in your
vehicle to avoid vehicle towing.
Show your Resort Pass confirmation to pick up pool wristbands from the reception desk
during hours of operation.

Display printed Resort Pass in your vehicle to avoid vehicle towing.
Show Resort Pass confirmation to pick up pool wristbands from the reception desk
during hours of operation.
Need assistance? The receptionist desk or security are available between 7:30 am - 11
pm, seven days a week.
Resort Passes/Pool wristbands are required at Sterling Breeze. Failure to have a
parking pass displayed on the windshield within 24 hours of arrival may result in
vehicle(s) being towed without warning.
