BEACH ACCESS
Three access points, just a short walk or bike from the home:
1. Inlet Beach Public Access. This access has parking, restrooms, and lifeguards during peak season. Located at the end of South Orange Street about 200 yards south of US Hwy 98. Inlet Beach Regional Access is the largest county access and features three dune walkovers and 117 parking spaces. This beach access is one of our personal favorites and a short bike ride away!
2. Wall Street Beach Public Access. This access is at the end of South Wall Street. About 200 yards east of the intersection of Scenic 30A and Hwy 98, turn south on to South Wall Street then proceed two blocks to the dead end at the gulf. There is no parking but there is plenty of parking, along with restrooms and outdoor showers about 1/4 mile east at the Inlet Beach Access.
3. Winston Lane Public Access. Located less than .3 away. This access is on the western border of Inlet Beach where it meets Rosemary. There is not public parking available, but plenty of bike racks if you choose to ride a bike.

Two parking spaces available (2 driveway). No street parking allowed.

*Check-In: After 4PM | Check-Out: Before 10AM
*Must be 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian that is staying on premises.
*No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited including back porch/deck. Additional cleaning charges of $500 will be charged if in violation.
*Capacity for 2 vehicles in the driveway. No street parking allowed.
*No parties or events.
*During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues no wifi, or slow wifi.
*Space must remain pet free!
IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement, as well as provide a valid ID that matches with the name of the person that made the reservation which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver's license and 2) a "selfie". Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
