Additionally, the resort's convenient proximity to the beach allows for PRIVATE resort beach access just across the street as well as 3 other public beach accesses just in front of the resort.

This unit in particular is VERY close to the kiddie pool just three floors above, as well as 4 other pools and two hot tubs located at this beautiful resort.

There are coffee shops, pizza parlors, a hair salon, candy/ice cream shop, Mexican cuisine, and a full seafood buffet! There is even a sandwich shop and bar/grill with entertainment. This resort truly has it ALL and we love how convenient our ground floor options make things for families and guests of all ages.
Seasonal update: Jain taco Mexican restaurant, ice cream shop, gift shop stays open past mid October - certain eateries close for the season on the bottom floor!


Please note during the second half of October each year the resort will shut down certain pools while leaving 2-3 open, 1 will be heated, and the hot tubs are still open.

Our condo is protected by a nest outdoor camera secured on the entrance door. This one camera is located on the exterior of the home only. There will be no presence of cameras indoors nor any recording of any kind inside of this unit.

Or 10AM half day EARLY check in for just $75 fee (availability of this varies depending on cleaner and prior guest departures. We try to do the best we can to get you in here as soon as possible to start your fun asap!)

IMPORTANT NOTE:

- No Parties, No smoking, No unauthorized Guests allowed.

RENTAL AGREEMENT:
All guests are required to sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. This agreement includes a $500 security deposit "hold" collected via Stripe payment processor (link sent after booking). The hold on the card is released within 7 days of your departure date.

IN-ROOM AMENITIES/PAPER PRODUCTS:
Starter pack of paper products (toilet paper - 2 rolls per bathroom, 1 roll paper towels, 3 trash bags, dish sponge and soap, body wash & shampoo bathroom amenities, bathroom trash bags, hand soap)

FULLY STOCKED kitchen:
Knife set, toaster, blender, pots and pans, Keurig, ect. There are baking dishes, mixing bowls, everything you will need and in GREAT condition for when you come ready to use!

Kids TOYS & GAMES:
Rainy days or taking a break from the pool or beach, our unit stocks a multitude of large play toys for kids ranging from infants - 7/8 years old, as well as cards and board games for our older preteens/teenagers. We want to help out our parents on vacation as we know entertaining is a big deal when sharing a space on vacation, as well as packing additional items.

MAXIMUM GUESTS ALLOWED:
According to Panama City Beach Fire Marshall code, we are not to exceed 6 guests in any given overnight period. We adhere to this policy with seriousness and guests who break this rule will be asked to leave the premises immediately without any refund for the remainder of booking.

MINIMUM AGE TO BOOK:
We only accept bookings from guests who are ages 23 and over. Any bookings that are made by guests that are less than 23 with more than 3 individuals that are less than 23, will be cancelled immediately. Booking party takes full responsibility for cancellation and will not be entitled to refund.

NO PETS POLICY:
Any guests who bring an unapproved, non-service animal without any supporting documentation in accordance with law in the state of Florida that the animal is registered and trained to be a service animal, will be asked to leave immediately. No refunds given to any guests who violate these rules.

Note - PARKING TIP - park on the bottom level of the EAST wing (shorter, 3 level) parking garage-when you come past security take a RIGHT. The elevator closest to your unit will be behind the pizza and wings restaurant, just past the press coffee shop.


LOCATION:
This resort is "around the corner" from SO many fun activities and convenient shops. Go Karts, surf souvenir shops, restaurants and donut shops, Walmart, and the beloved Panama City Beach's Pineapple Willy's restaurant (just across the street). Many guests eat here several times due to their wonderful food, affordable prices, and location right on the beach that can't be beat!

PARKING/SECURITY:
Feel good about your stay here with a property patrol that walks the property and guards our front entrance gated property 24/7. We require armbands to be worn and offer two parking garages on site so your vehicle is always in covered parking!

CLOSE TO ELEVATORS:
Located 1 unit off from the elevator, you are steps away making it an easy arrival each time you leave and come back. This unit is located on the 7th floor, again just 3 floors above the kiddie pool - so it feels very close to the ground for anyone who fears being higher up!

GULF SIDE BALCONY:
The balcony here at Stay Awhile provides plenty of seating, offering even a door alarm safety feature (if you want to use it) to keep small children safely inside. Balcony doors are very heavy, and we do consider them harder for very young children to open.

PARKING FEE:
The resort collects a one-time fee for parking of $78.17 separate from the booking, which can be completed ahead of time with US. Save time in line with Coastal Beach Getaways properties, communicating and sending links to help you and your guests have everything ready upon arrival! LINK WILL BE PROVIDED day before or day of check in to register vehicle ahead of time if you wish. Guests 12 and under are not required to wear a wristband.

OUTDOOR SECURITY:
This unit is protected by 1 nest outdoor camera secured on the entrance door. This one camera is located on the exterior of the home only. There will be no presence of cameras indoors nor any recording of any kind inside of this unit!

WRISTBANDS:
You will be given access to 7 wristbands left in the room, upon checkout we will verify if any wristbands are misplaced, lost, stolen, etc. IF less than 7 wristbands are left in the unit there will be a $100 replacement fee charged back to your booking.

THINGS TO DO IN THE AREA:
NOW OPEN is 810 Billiards and Bowling, featuring sports simulators, expansive arcade, axe throwing & Mean Mugs Milkshake Bar!
It’s a new attraction: Fun for all ages, located right on the ground floor of the resort in Panama City Beach!

We encourage taking a look at our guidebook for additional details. We will send out area recommendations 1 week ahead of time. 48 hours in advance will come a set of instructions, followed by a few last minute details 24 hours in advance. We never want to overwhelm our guests in one big message, so we leak out information as you need it! And are always here for questions before/during/after your stay.
Door Code: Guests will be given a four digit -easy to remember- code personalized just for their visit to lock and unlock the digital key code pad.
