Get ready for the ideal family getaway at Splash Beach Resort. Our 104E beauty is on the 1st floor which means no elevator waits. You can conveniently take the stairs to the lobby and then up one more set of stairs to the lazy river and pool.

104E is a beautifully decorated one bedroom/two bathroom condo with all of the conveniences of home. Walk out onto the balcony and listen to the peaceful waves. Relax and watch the dolphins play in the mornings while you sip on your coffee, then fall in love with the sunsets in the evenings.

Your kids will love playing in the on-site waterpark! Just past the pool lies 400 feet of gorgeous white sandy beach and emerald sea.

About Splash Beach Resort
Splash is the perfect spot for families who want to get away from it all, spoil themselves with a bit of pampering, and spend real quality time together. As the property name promises, there is a splash for everyone here! The swimming pool and jacuzzi are located right next to the main kids' play area where you'll find water slides and an enormous bucket that dumps hundreds of gallons of water every 45 seconds. There is a state of the art fitness facility overlooking the pool and lazy river, and a poolside Bar & Grill with tables and a reasonably priced menu.

High Speed Internet access is available in many common areas around the resort, including a Wi-Fi lounge area with comfortable seating. There is an Alvin's Island beach apparel, accessories, and surf shop. A mini grocery store, coffee and ice cream shop located onsite mean Splash guests have access to just about everything that they may need on their vacation and may not leave until ready to check out.

Perfect condo!

We couldn’t have asked for a better unit…clean, comfortable, convenient. The sunsets from the porch were stunning! Communication from the owner was awesome. Definitely recommend this unit for a wonderful vacation at Splash!

Family Spring Break

We stayed at this property for six nights. We were very pleased with the condo and the accommodations. The master bathtub was not draining properly and maintenance was sent up right away and took care of it. Would recommend this place. It was perfect for a family of four. There is a bunk hallway which we did not use, the kids slept on the pull out couch so it could’ve definitely accommodated more.

We had a great time. The room was very clean and had a great view from the first (about third) floor. The kids loved the little water play area, I believe it’s perfect for kids under 10. The owner was a pleasure to communicate with and was very helpful and willing to accommodate. 10/10 would stay again.

This condo is much better than pictured! It’s on the first floor of condos which is great for busy times because you can use the stairs instead of waiting for the elevator. There are beach toys in the laundry room. You’re on the beach and there are several pools. We loved that the pools are covered so we had a little break from the sun. The drinks at the tiki bar are great! We also requested early check in and we were able to check in at 2. There were a lot of starter supplies provided as well. We were impressed. It was better than expected. We almost didn’t pick this condo because of some of the things the reviews had to say, not only about this unit, but about Splash. Our AC worked great. No problems at all. The fridge isn’t very cold upon arrival but it does get better! Elevators weren’t an issue because the stairs weren’t bad at all for this unit. I wouldn’t stay any higher though. Only downfall was cleanliness but we didn’t see that as a reflection of the owner. It was in need of a good deep cleaning. Something spilled under the couch and it had collected dust or dirt. My son thought it was poop and didn’t want to sleep on it lol. I just whipped out the mop and scrubbed it though and no big deal. It looked as if the pull out had been peed on and mattress protector hadnt be washed so we washed that also. Also mold around bath tub. They were all things we could fix our stay and didn’t take away from us enjoying the condo. We enjoyed it a lot.

We loved the room!

The room was perfect! I loved that it had rugs in the hall, bedroom, and living room. We had stayed at splash once before and the room we got did not have any rugs. That was my biggest complaint. But this room had it all. My kids loved the huge bath tub and the games in the living room. We enjoyed our time there!

Nice unit, clean

Our unit was very clean, nicely decorated, and Amanda was excellent at communicating with us. Check in was easy. First floor location was a good choice in this resort because the elevators were a nightmare. The resort clearly did not put in enough elevators. Couple notes, the sliding door to balcony is very heavy and not something you can open and close one ganded. Kids and wife could not get it closed most of time and i had to deal with it. As an fyi, go early to get beach chair assignmemt, like 8 am. Otherwise you may end up in second row and your view then becomes the front row beach chairs. They are not pre assigned to the unit. The resort is very busy, lots of families. Location is not really within walking distance to anything but the bar and grill by the pool has decent bar food and good drinks.

Perfect getaway spot!

On the fringe of PCB so away from traffic and lots of people, this condo was perfect for me! Very clean, great view from ocean front balcony. Says first floor but it’s really the third floor, just first floor of condos. Amenities are exactly as described. Steps from the beach and loved that two chairs and an umbrella are included!! Would highly recommend. Amanda is a great host!!

Great trip!

This condo was so clean and conveniently located on the first floor. Weather was not great(very cold and windy) and only one of the pools was heated, so we spent the majority of our time in the room. It was much larger than I expected and having two bathrooms was a plus. The bathtub in the master is huge and my 2 year old loved taking her bath in there. The washer and dryer was also a plus being able to dry towels quickly after our brief swim in the pool. I know this may sound crazy, but I really loved that there were mats on either side of the bed so that you could wipe your feet off before getting in to bed. I usually have to use up the towels to be able to do this, so it was so nice not having to do that. I would highly recommend this condo and hopefully we can go back when it is warmer!

Easter on the beach

Loved the first floor room. Elevators were slow, so we took the stairs almost always. Staff was friendly, room was clean and tidy. Only suggestion would be to offer a few more kitchen items (more casserole dishes and a hand mixer, less colanders). Overall great place, we would definitely recommend and would stay again! Owner provided great details in a timely manner.

Perfect Spring Break

This condo was perfect for our Spring Break. We appreciated the tv options, the games and the extra blankets since we had 36degree weather! We were not prepared! When we finally got FL weather our condo provided everything we needed to enjoy the ocean, the beach and the many pools!
