With 1 bedroom, bunk beds, and 2 bathrooms, this penthouse comfortably sleeps 6 guests. The master bedroom has a king bed, twin bunks are tucked in the hallway, and the living room includes a sleeper sofa. Step out onto the large balcony to enjoy panoramic Gulf views, steps away from the pristine white sands of the world-famous beaches.

Located in the heart of Laketown Wharf, this penthouse is within walking distance of several restaurants, including the popular Pineapple Willy's beach bar and pier. With Walmart nearby and a variety of amenities catering to all ages, this is the perfect spot to park, unload, and relax. Enjoy your stay at Laketown Wharf and make the most of this fantastic beachfront location.

Laketown Wharf guests experience some of the best amenities at the beach, including 5 different and unique pools to choose from like a kid’s pool, teen pool, kiddie water area, and an adult pool! There is also 24 hour security, private beach access, fitness center, putting green, outdoor gazebos, lake and beach views, a boardwalk, restaurants, spa tub and a spectacular fountain water show choreographed to music! For a bite to eat, enjoy Laketown Market, the perfect place to stop in for snacks and drinks, Paradise Pizza is available inside Laketown Market and can prepare all your favorite pizzas, Sunshine Bar and Grill has a full menu of delicious dining options for all ages, and Splash Bar is the ideal spot for relaxing by the pool with a drink in your hand! To much crime

The police was having to be out there every night because of young kids fighting and doing non sense. It’s not kid friendly in my opinion. We will be staying somewhere else next time.

Cute condo with great view

We had a great week. The condo could use some new mattresses and couches (or clean them they had lots of stains). Our door code provided didn't work so i had to call but was able to fix fairly quickly. Had to pay extra for wristbands for the property that didnt work even when we got new ones which was an inconvenience because we had to have other guest or security let us into the pools and gym.

Great place in the heart of PCB

It was a great place. Close to everything. Access to beach was easy. Not sure if I read it wrong but I was thinking we would be on the beach. We were across a busy street and had to walk across this street to the beach. However it wasn’t bad and didn’t take us long to get there. Long wait for elevators but also busy weekend with the baseball World Series here. Overall if was a great place and a great experience. Would stay here again.

Little piece of paradise

I truly enjoyed my stay in this property. The view was gorgeous and the sound of the waves crashing was so relaxing. We had everything we needed for a great vacation and it was extremely spacious for 2 people. Thank you for allowing us to use your property.

Great location and condo!

This condo was great. Very large for 6 people and was so welcoming. Large balcony overlooking Thomas Drive and great views of the beach. The door side had great views of the city and bay. The private access to the beach is right across the street. So many pools available that there was never a crowding issue. Definitely will rent at this location every time we go to PCB.

Location was ok but a lot of walking

The condo was nice and spacious and it was a good location. There was a lot of walking involved. We had to park in the north garage and our room was about a 10 min walk from the garage. The south parking garage was a lot closer but that’s for residents only. The elevator takes a long time and is always crowded. Lucky we were on the 3rd floor so we took the stairs most of the time. The beach is across the street which is nice, but the beaches were very crowded and again a long walk. Just bring comfortable shoes! No early check in was available. The beds were very comfortable and a nice view of the Bay Area.

Not new but nice enough

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo while at PCB. Like the title says, it definitely isn’t new but it’s nice enough for a trip at the beach. The condo itself has lots of wear and tear and could use some TLC. The mattresses could use an update And there are several things that had been broken. It may have been that the renters ahead of us were rough and they had not had a chance to fix it all. We wiped the counters down when we got there and the white paper towel we used was a bit dirty, so the cleaning crew may not have done their best on this one. The property needs more elevators, but it wasn’t that big of a deal. The pools were a little rowdy at times. We were at the “family pool” one day with my boys and there were some young adults there playing music that isn’t appropriate for kids, as well as yelling profanities at times. This sounds like a lot of negatives but we did have a blast and would do it again! The view from the balcony is the best!

Wonderful stay!

My family had a wonderful trip to lake town wharf. We stayed in unit 2017. Condo was very clean. Toilets were a little dingy.. but other than that very clean. The view was amazing, as we were on the 20th floor. I have always stayed directly ON the beach, so I was a little concerned with having to tote kids stuff etc to the beach but it was a very easy straight shot across the road to the beach walk. My only few complaints were my littlest one likes to open doors and the sliding glass door to the balcony that high up is missing a latch on the right side. The left side locked, but the right side looked like the latch was missing. We tried to figure it out but couldn’t. Big safety hazard, the coffee table was also insanely wobbly so anytime the kiddos touched it or leaned on it or well were just being kids Almost looked like it was going to fall apart so we just moved it out of the living room while we were there, the elevator situation can be a little tiring and it feels like a sauna in them. Location is very convenient Juan taco at the bottom of the hotel has amazing nachos/tacos. We had a great time!

Very nice place to stay

Great place to stay. Only downside to the place is waiting for elevators. Most of the time it was a short wait, there were a few instances we waited around 10 minutes for an elevator. Property management was very prompt in replying to questions. Nice pools and a short walk to the beach.

Great Condo Poor Elevator System

The condo was great place to stay with my family. Lots of pools to hang out by and enjoy. Beach is amazing with access across the street from the building complex. Only downfall of this rental is that there are only 7 elevators that service a 21 floor building there are no luggage carts available to transport items from the car to the Condo. On the day we came only 6 of the elevators were in working order and we had to wait over an hour to get my family and our luggage to the condo.. I took the stairs a few times but going from the ground floor to the 20th floor is not an easy task for children age 1, 3, 5, and seven. Over all great place to stay with lots of things for families to do. One recommendation, do not come on the weekend, and do not attempt to use the elevator during lunch and dinner rush. 11am-2pm and 4pm-7pm unless you are comfortable waiting 1.5 to 2 hours for the elevator.

Good Stay

We took the kids down to FL in a last minute trip and really enjoyed our stay at this location. It’s got a heated pool that saved the day on cool spring days. The property was clean. The unit was clean and had great views of the beach.
