The space

Welcome to 'The Sands!'

As you enter the main house, you'll be greeted by a welcoming front porch leading into a bright and open living, dining, and kitchen area. The large kitchen features new cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances, perfect for preparing meals after a day at the beach! There is seating for three at the island, with room for more at the dining room table!

Also on the first floor, you'll find a guest bunk room with one Twin-over-Full bunk, a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination, and the laundry room for added convenience!

Outside, you'll love the large private pool, surrounded by a spacious patio area and grassy yard—perfect for kids and relaxation. You'll find corn hole, a fire pit, two dining areas, a BBQ grill, and an outdoor shower out here! The pool area also backs up to a forest preserve for added privacy.

Up on the second floor, the spacious King master suite offers a private balcony, a luxurious en-suite bath with dual vanities, a large glass shower, a separate soaking tub, and a walk-in closet. Also on this floor is another King bedroom, a bunk room with one set of Queen-over-Queen bunks plus a Queen daybed, and a hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combination that these two rooms share.

The third floor features a cozy TV room with a wet bar, mini-fridge, and a Queen sleeper sofa, along with a balcony offering stunning Gulf Views!

The carriage house, with its own full kitchen and living room, offers a great space for additional guests or family. The first floor of the carriage house features a fun game room with a ping pong table, foosball table, and a large flat-screen TV. There's also a full bathroom and a wet bar for convenience. Upstairs, there is a separate living room with a Queen sleeper sofa, a full kitchen, plus a King bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

This property is ideally located just 6 homes from the beach with direct access at the end of the street, and it's only a short bike or walk to Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and more!

The driveway can accommodate up to 5 cars!

Other things to note
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. These times are strict and late check out will be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1 - April 30.
-LSV is not to be driven past the town of Alys Beach to the east or the town of Seaside to the west. Resolving any issue from the LSV battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV, pool, bikes, fire pit, or other amenities provided to guests.
