Sieber Cottage is nestled on the south side of 30A, roughly 300 feet to the beach, under a canopy of native oak trees tucked delicately behind a privacy hedge separating the property from the Coquina Pool. The cottage's shaded courtyard is home to a secret garden of ferns, palms and banana trees hosting a gas firepit and charcoal grill. Creeping fig winds up and along the exterior of the property continuing the garden eastward to the boardwalk's iconic and picturesque gate. From here, guests can journey south to the beach at Walkover B (just five homes away) or north to the Rosemary Beach Racquet Club and Fitness Center (roughly 6 homes away). Complimentary court time at the Racquet Club and complimentary access to Fitness are included with every stay. The nearby Eastern Green and children's playground park are similarly close by making Sieber Cottage an ideal property for all. Guests can park on property in the private driveway for two vehicles with one additional street parking pass provided at check-in. Four complimentary adult bikes are included for the short commute to Town Center shops and dining.

The homeowner's extensive collection of DVDs are available for guests to enjoy after a day well spent at the beach and pool.
