Welcome to your home away from home located on the 3rd floor of Top of the Gulf in Panama City Beach! Dazzling white sand beaches and sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico are just steps away from your front door in this fully updated studio condo. Located in the Top of the Gulf Condominium Resort, your stay also gains you access to all onsite amenities such as a sparkling pool and lounge deck and fitness center. You’ll also be in a prime location to enjoy all of Panama City Beach’s best attractions, dining, shopping, and nightlife. This property truly has everything you need for an iconic vacation.



Inside the home, the beach theme remains in full effect with chic and charming wood accents and calming colors. A cozy sleeping and living area with panoramic windows and smart TV is the perfect place to take a break from the Florida sun, and perhaps an afternoon nap or two. The attached kitchenette comes equipped with all standard appliances including flex brew coffee maker. A dining table with room for 4 is perfect for eating a home cooked meal or engaging in a rousing game of cards.



This studio home sleeps 4 guests between 2 queen size beds. The bathroom has been beautifully updated with wood-inspired tile, featuring a spacious vanity and walk-in shower.

Parking for one vehicle available in the lot.

Guests will pay a $30 resort fee upon check-in, which includes the parking pass and wrist bands for resort amenities.
