The primary renter must be staying in the unit. Guests will not be allowed on property if there is not someone 25 or older with them at the time of their arrival.

Prepare meals in the spacious kitchen with plenty of cabinets, granite counter tops, new stainless-steel appliances, with seating for 8, with all amenities ranging from a 6-bottle wine cellar and blender to top-end cutlery and flatware. Access the large balcony with comfortable seating for 4 from both the family room and the master bedroom and enjoy your morning coffee and your evening drinks while taking in the spectacular view of the emerald-green Gulf.

Boardwalk Resort Access:
Each booking includes one vehicle pass and up to 8 wristbands. Children age 6 and under do not require wristbands. Guests needing additional passes or bands may purchase them directly from Security upon arrival.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise). During the month of March guests are not permitted to bring visitors on property.

Pre-Arrival Condo Grocery Delivery and Stocking Service consisting of guests selecting and paying for grocery items via “Walmart Online” they would like to purchase. Prior to the guest's arrival, the Service Vendor will have picked up the groceries, delivered and stocked in the Condo's refrigerator, pantry, cabinets, as appropriate.
