Property Highlights & Features:

✔ Bedrooms: Two master suites with flat-screen TVs and access to the spacious beachfront balcony. The third bedroom offers two full-size beds, a flat-screen TV, and a private entrance to the guest bathroom.

✔ Bathrooms: Both master suites feature vanities and a tub/shower combination. The guest bathroom features a walk-in shower and entrances from the hallway and the guest bedroom.

✔ Living Room: Queen-size sleeper sofa, love seat, accent chair, and a flat-screen TV with streaming service for family entertainment or relaxing evenings

So yes, you may choose to play a round of golf in the morning (one person is free) and then enjoy a Dolphin Cruise that afternoon (one person is free). Alternatively, you may choose to visit WonderWorks with the kids in the morning (one person is free), while your husband can play golf (one person is free). Then you can meet up that afternoon for the dolphin cruise (one person is free). You may participate in some or ALL of the select activities every day, and one person from your party is free each day!

Worst beds we have ever slept in.

The location of this condo and the Commodore property as a whole, were awesome. But, all the beds were horrible. The mattress made horrible noises every time you moved at night, they were also so hard that we went and purchased mattress toppers for all beds after the first night. The condo as a whole has not had a good deep cleaning in a very long time. The couch smelled and was old and uncomfortable. There were some other things that weren’t a huge deal alone but when you add it to the big issues, I would never stay in condo 205 again. I’m glad we didn’t pay summer rates to stay in this condo.

Older but cute

This space could benefit from a good deep clean and some TLC but overall I would recommend for a short stay. A/C unit needs some updating and there appeared to be some mold in the space, all of our allergies were on fire. It also could benefit GREATLY from new mattresses throughout. The kings were wildly uncomfortable. Also, the batteries had been taken out of every single remote there. Highly annoying. Cute and will suffice for a short trip.

Outdated and dirty

We arrived in our unit and noticed off the bat that the unit wasn’t very clean . We purchased cleaning products to disinfect the condo . We went to go to bed and the bedding was not fresh in several beds so it all was washed . Safety the sliding glass doors in one bedroom couldn’t be locked . The outlet in the double bedroom was out of the wall . Mold in many areas including ac and bathrooms . Also some in the food pantry . The school at times had so much condemnation that the tiles were wet and the 2 of the kids slipped and hit their heads. The tv in the other king room didn’t work. Many area of tiles out and boards randomly in the unit. Not enough towels for 9 people and no linen on the pull out couch . Couch cushions under the couch filthy. There was a light bulb that looked to be glued and fell apart . The rugs in the one unit are filthy especially near the bathroom . A little elbow grease and maintenance would be beneficial for this unit. We have images of when we arrived. We also could answer any questions .

The condo was a nice place to stay, the space was great and the views were amazing. the dishwasher smelt like fish, the dryer would not dry because it was so full of lent, we tried to vacuum while there to keep it clean but the vacuums were not working properly, a lot of the outlets did not work, you could tell that the condo was not maintained properly!

Great view and location

Couldn’t ask for a better view or location. Our property manager was very helpful with problems. The unit could use some updates, deep cleaning and some new furnishings but if is a view, heated pool and helpful staff this is the place for you.

Good location

The location was easy to get in and out of. The pool was nice, and the kids love it! The access to the beach was super easy. The views were great. Overall it was a great experience. The only negative was the mattress were not comfortable and could use an upgrade and one of the elevators broke, but being on a lower floor didn’t make it a problem.

Beautiful view

Property was large, great view. Extremely convenient location. Just a minute to get to the pool or beach. Within walking distance (about 30 min) from the state park. Our only issue was the washing machine was not functional upon arrival, but the property manager did compensate us for the inconvenience. Aside from that, it was a wonderful week.

Commodore Condo 205

Upon arrival room not clean had to come behind staff and clean washer leaking water had to bring home all dirty clothes, mold/ mildew on refrigerator, no proper cooking utensils, dishwasher full of unclean dishes. Needless to say we want be back. Manger called 1 time, after that never heard back from them. I'm not satisfied

Family vacation

Great location and awesome beach. I plenty of room for our large family. Everyone enjoyed this location. Easy walk to beach and 2md floor is great and fast elevators. The only unfortunate things are the mattress are really bad. Both king beds had really uncomfortable mattress's it was really difficult the last couple of nights and we bought a mattress topper to put on the pullout as it was not usable with the mattress that is on it. Both washer and dryer really struggle. Only small loads as we had to always set it to spin a second time. Again great location and space and amazing beach.

Beautiful but needs attention.

Beautiful property but maintenance on several things did not work very well. Curtains won’t close, some outlets don’t work, 2 lightbulbs burnt out, bathroom shower faucet dripped and did not drain well, fan broken, washing machine didn’t work well, one blanket was dirty. Other than these little things, we had a great time. The beach is wonderful!

Pool problem

Very good except one incident at the pool. I was told that my 5 year old son couldn't wear armies in the pool because no floats were allowed and that he needed to be in the kiddie pool. I understand that no floats allowed but armies aren't considered floats. My son was very upset by this as was I. So please inform the security guard that armies are not floats.

Upgrades needed

Great location, grounds and security staff were great. Condo was clean. Beds were all old and uncomfortable. All TVs were either old and non-HD or the provider was analog only which meant the pictures were all blurry. Had to buy plastic cups to bring to the pool. Deck furniture padding was stained and tattered. Toaster did not work. No workout room. None of this was a deal breaker, but most can and should be done for a reasonable investment. We have paid similar prices elsewhere in which these weren’t issues.

No communication after check-in

We arrive and checked in without issues...only one elevator working so glad we were only on second floor, the security people were polite courteous and went out of their way to help you. After entering the condo finding toilet not flushed,drains clogged with hair ,food dropping in oven i began to notice the high touched areas also weren't cleaned...very dusty and dirty prints on them. There were missing or dead batteries in the remotes,light switch plates missing whish is dangerous. When we went to make the sofa bed we found.clothing underneath. I think with all the "special precautions " taken for cleaning and safety that the condo would have been cleaner,I clean for a living and these items are cleaned on a regular house cleaning....so I did expect it to be that way in a rental. I sent an email the day of arrival and the next day and never recognized a response from them. When I asked about adding a day to our stay before arrival I heard from them within hours...very disappointed in the condition and up keep of the unit which I am sure the owners pay good money for....they need to look at another company to handle it for them. As someone who intends to own one in the future I will definitely shop around for the management company....location was exactly what we wanted so that part gets 5 stars....

Had a great time!

We enjoyed our stay at The Commodore, 205! My husband and I took our two teenage daughters and three of their friends. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Each bedroom is big and has its own bathroom. The condo is clean, we loved the balcony, the view, and the beautiful water! There was plenty of room on the beach to Social distance, even during spring break! Just a few friendly suggestions for the owners: the master bedroom to the right needs more racks in the closet to hang clothes. Only about a fourth of the closet has a rack now. In the kitchen, there were no potholders to pull hot items out of the oven. If the condo is to accommodate 10 people, you need 10 sets of silverware. There were times I had to pull things out of the dishwasher and hand wash. Also, I had to buy kitchen scissors one night to clean chicken for dinner. Like I said, these are just a few suggestions for the owners! We enjoyed our week and only wished the weather had cooperated the last two days! Thank you!
