The space
Welcome to 'Elysea Escape!'
As you enter you will be greeted by a beautifully appointed Alys Beach-vibe, with quartz counters, high ceilings, and wide plank wood floors throughout. The first floor is a wonderful space for entertaining and gathering together, with a massive open-concept floor plan and outdoor living space.
There is also a brand new game room in the garage, featuring a pool table, a ping pong table, jukebox, mini fridge, and several different arcade games for endless entertainment!
The fully fenced pool area has a chic vibe, with an oversize sun shelf, fire table, outdoor dining table, corn hole, and green space, making it feel like you're at an upscale resort lounging poolside! There's also an outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach!
The second floor houses 4 king bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms. Ascending to the third floor you will find another king bedroom, full bathroom, additional living room/hangout space with shuffleboard, and TWO additional bunk rooms! The first bunk room has 2 sets of twin over twin bunks, and the second has 3 sets of twin over twin bunks.
This is the perfect location for enjoying the sun, sand and sea all day! Free parking for up to 2 cars in the driveway and fully fenced yard.

Guest access
Located on the South side of 30A, this gorgeous 7 bedroom 5.5 bath home is a short 1-minute walk directly to the beach and the shimmering waters of the Gulf of Mexico! There are no wristbands needed for access, no lines to wait in, and less congestion on the beach here than in surrounding areas - - and this home's deeded beach access is PRIVATE!
Other things to note
-Weddings and other similar events not allowed at this home. Violation of any home rules may result in forfeiture of rental payments and deposits, as well as subject to HOA, community and management fines.
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. These times are strict and late check out will be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in before the heater will be turned on; it is available October 1 - April 30 for $50/day.
-The complimentary beach setups are provided March - October by La Dolce Vita.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by pool, bikes, or other amenities provided to guests.
